next generation e-nails?

@herbivore21 BTW i wanted to know if i could just get the Subliminator XLR 2.0 Dabmaster or Apollo and just use it with my gimido e-nail box?, the prices on that thing is ridiculous for the analog box anyways lol
Doubtful man, I believe the gimido is 110v AC powered, whereas the sub XLR 2.0 is 36v DC.

The power supplies are simply not compatible, the results would be bad, ranging somewhere from burnt dab to burned down house lol

Thanks for asking before taking the leap! For dabbing purposes, you really are better off with a dedicated enail anyway. Flowers and oils in the same vape is not ideal for consuming either material IME. This being said, the sub is incredible for flowers and especially hashes (probably my favourite device to consume hashes that do not fully melt!). The speed with which it can be used to extract and cashed/reloaded is simply unparalleled.

If you are considering using the sub for this purpose, I suggest buying your heater of choice and atomizer, then finding your own 36vDC psu with VVPS or a variable resistor dimmer and getting an electrically minded friend to wire them up for you :)

Yessir. That is @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd 's work. I love it. It pairs perfectly with the FC-187. AND I can flip it and use it with other pieces.

Here's my dropdown @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd made. Should be a great reclaim collector.

On another note, I should have a Terpz unit by the weekend for testing. I dont think theyre sending me their "game changer" with this unit.. hopefully Ill be able to talk about that more in a couple of weeks or the guys from Terpz will show up and let the cat out of the bag themselves.

I PMed vaped&confused for one. I saw yours and wanted one. It is a nice looking piece.

On another note, what would you guys consider as the perfect dab. Since I have an analog Dnail, I felt that I just need to find the sweet spot on my dial. I didn't want to pay more for the precise temp. It is much more consistent than the flame (of course). But I want to hear your opinions on what the concentrate does when it hits the dish on a perfect dab for waxes/budders, crumbles and one for shatters I have been trying to get my dish temp around 550 degrees. It usually dabs in one clean hit (with budders it just hits the nail, sizzles for a second and leaves a faint residue.

I was thinking going lower, about 500 where it sizzles for 2 seconds and carb it. That would be for budder consistencies. For shatters, might prefer 550 because it still gives me plenty of time to carb it as it sizzles down. I am looking for flavor and to maximize as many compounds I can. Appreciate everyones insight because I am a noob to concentrates.

A lot of that depends on your nail. Like Im using the Happy Daddy nail and that thing has to be 50 degrees above any other nail to get the same results. Every nail seems to have its own sweet spot.

@darkshade , I think he charged me $45.00. Its been a while. Ive never seen a reclaim collector like that tho.. I have one of the ones you can buy online and it doesnt reclaim like this should. Reclaim gets stuck in the joint and in the turn that dumps into the dish and uptake.

my only concern would be if the reclaim chamber just fell due to the heat and the steady increase in weight (claim) it holds?

i was looking into these styles: http://www.ioffer.com/i/14-18mm-oil-dome-set-with-quartz-nail-and-drip-526468694

Great Scott!
Does anyone know of a ceramic nail (female 14mm nail) that works with my terpz e-nail setup I just got?

I think my 710whip ceramic nail tasted better than the quartz nail I got which surprises me.

Edit: also taking suggestions for a temp to use the quartz at. The ceramic I saw was 700+ to actually reach 600. I'd just hit it with the IR thermometer, but its MIA

The 710Whip nail should work with the right adapter.

I'm still new to e-nails I guess. How would that work? What kind of adapter? I sold the 710 whip to a friend cheap, but I'd be glad to buy their nail again and an adapter to use with the terpz unit.

They used to sell an adapter for their ceramic nail to use with 16mm and 20mm coils. However, the last time I checked the domeless.com site that adapter wasn't available anymore. Send Darid over at domeless.com an email and ask if he has any 16mm or 20mm coil adapters available. Feel free to show him my pictures as reference for what you are looking for :)

Here is mine.

That's weird, kinda surprised they're not back on the site yet.

I tried emailing them but got no response regarding the adapter.

Anyone who uses a Quartz enail. Do all build up a layer of black tar (I assume the bad stuff like plant matter from my concentrates)? Do you torch it clean every few days or leave it. I watched a video on titanium nails, and someone had a thick layer of black gunk on his ti enail and he scraped it off. But took a lot of effort and font want to scratch Quartz.

This just got posted on instagram. Been holding off on ordering the regular nail from domeless.com as I am reluctant to unwind my coil, but this might make me do it though I am hoping that the center piece on this nail is smaller.
I'll see that and RAISE you this... Dry herb enail! Next-generation is being defined finally.
Video here.

So where the paper is the herb chamber? Or is it just to show the air moving. Am curious how this compares to the sublimator or an e-nano. Bummer it is errlectric only.

The paper represents herb in the chamber. Showing the vortex action?
Can't say about the sub. But it looks like nearly pure convection. I'll be sure to compare to the Enano though.:science:

That's what I figured. Kinda surprised this hasn't already been made as I definitely wondered why someone didn't rig up some kind of air heater for an enail since the sublimator seemed semi-similar when I first saw an enail.
