3-5 hours is amazing. 3 hours is amazing damn.

Hopefully I get to go on a hike this year and make use of that runtime.

Yeah I've been pretty happy with the performance so far, I can see how these things are popular with UD'ers who spend time hiking and biking (motorcycle touring).

Definitely awesome to grab a Twig and the battery pack and have a portable Log vape.

So after three months of my underdog taking a glass of orange juice (My cat didn't take kindly to my pup I guess) & having to decommission her, I think I've decided to purchase a replacement in the next day or so. :) Might get the aircore, since I only used the nylon stems

Do you still have it, have we talked about trying to fix it for you?

How long do they take to heat up compared to a twig? Won't be able to leave mine in for much longer than an hour or two

All the current revision UDs besides maybe the occasional massive sized ones heat up much faster than they did in the old days.. 15-20 minutes for most of them. Twigs and Air Cores a few minutes faster than that.

I don't think we ever talked about fixing it. It was my glass of juice after all. But those are some great heat up times!

PSA: Just realized that we still had a website "technical difficulties" notice posted on our check out page. The issue was resolved almost immediately, but looks like we forgot to take down the notice. Sorry for the false alarm to everyone trying to place an order recently!

Is there any way for you guys to have other shipping options, for us impatient people who will check the tracking number every ten minutes? If not, no big deal, I'll have to find a way to pass the time:leaf:

We used to offer Express Shipping which got to most places in the US in 1-2 days (vs 2-3 days for Priority) but it cost 2-3 times more and almost nobody used it so we removed the option.

Got these stems Wednesday from @Ed's TnT, both ud ss tips and fit 14mm. One 3 inches the other is 2, I couldn't be happier with them both.

So I learned buckeye burl can be a very troublesome wood to work with, it can often have many voids. Unfortunately the first 2 stems I picked up from @Snappo couldn't be worked by ed. They had a few voids or holes that went through the air path. I chucked it up as lose due to the risk I knew going into the it all with that wood type. But to my surprise @Snappo gave me a full refund for those blanks which was quite outstanding customer service in my opinion. Along with that Ed also kept me very well informed and updated while we figured everything out and was a pleasure to do business with.

Over all the stems work great as does my UD. Being able to support such great people doing an art they love for the people that love the art, was an awesome experience. Im really glad I went to @Snappo for the woods @underdog for this amazing log vape, and @Ed's TnT for the crown stem on this king vaporizer. Thank u all that had ur hand in this recent gain and all u FC members with even cooler logs and woods thanks for paving the way.
