Best party/sharing vape

Out of all the wonderful devices we discuss on this forum, which vapes are the best for sharing with multiple people? I have a solo which is great, but the battery and small stem size can cause annoyance with more than 3 people. Plug-ins seem great but which is the best for this role and most budget friendly? When it comes to getting multiple people toasted is efficiency more important or capacity for herb? I love my Lotus and its efficiency but sharing with people is very difficult. I want to turn people on to vaping but most dont seem impressed by it because it doesn't have the same social experience as "smoking does".

My Vapir Rise 2.0 does a pretty good job as a party vape. You can attach 4 whips to it for hookah mode, or fill bags (also great for a party). Giant bowl with a huge fill range (I can use it for myself or load it for 5+ friends).

I've replaced two of the standard silicone whips with some fabulous Tonic Hookah Whips, and everyone that comes by just loves them.

Easy to use, easy to clean, zero learning curve for newbies, and extremely dependable. It's the one device I always bring out to convert newbs ;)

Best party sharing vape. Two come to mind.

The Volcano simply because you can pass around a bag that has a great valve system for keeping the vapor in the bag.

and

The HerbalAire being that you can blow up 5 bags at once and with a group of 5, everyone can have their own bag.

Bags are totally idiot proof. There is absolutely no technique that needs to be learned as far as draw rates are concerned and if you drop a bag while it's being passed around, it's not going to break like a vaporizer or a glass wand would break if it was dropped while being passed around.

Bags don't work for parties here IME, combusters in this part of the world are not gonna be impressed with a vape if it isn't whitewalling a piece and giving them a lungbusting, hot hit. Most of them are used to combusting with tobacco and are used to an asphyxiant hit (all of the carbonyls plus some of the PAH's and VOC's) being released by combustion, especially if they are smoking bongs! being the main hit they are getting.

We can argue that this headier, clearer effect is better when vaping, and I would agree:

But remember that if you wanna convince someone to stop doing what they do for another method, they need to be getting the effect that THEY SEEK to be assured that the new device works - in other words, if they get a heady effect they don't recognize at all, that doesn't feel quite so immediate and such a drastic change of feeling, they might be inclined to think that 'vaping doesn't work'. Especially if they have been drinking already and may not notice quite how much effect that headiness does have!

Most people in this part of the world are used to a lower THC, more CBN and plant material effect from combusting buds that were harvested immature and then improperly cured and even more improperly stored for long term (let alone the inevitable nasties that come from these last two practices!). Most of the effect they are getting is not the heady effect that we seek, it is a super sleepy chokeout (almost literally!) couchlock effect.

So to the OP - here is the burning question (pun very much intended):

Which region of the world are you in? With this information, we can really work out how best to have local combusters happy with a party vape and potentially even interested in changing all of their combustion habits to vaping :)

I am in the north eastern US. New England. Obviously I know the Volcano is a beast but most people including myself do not have Volcano $$$

I agree! That is why I feel like some of the more heavy hitting options for vapes could be options as well. I don't own any desktop units so I do not know if any desktop units deliver lung busters (similar to the lotus).

I have been very interested in the Rise 2.0. How is the vapor density? How much herb does it take for five people?

I've read in other threads that the Herbalaire 2.0, Arizer Extreme Q, or Zephyr Ion - All bag/whip vaporizers - are good and more economic alternatives to the Volcano.

I'd say your friends could combust pretty nice nugs there compared to what is found here, so you likely don't have some of those concerns I mentioned above.

You say they are looking for a big piece whitewalling hit at low cost which is easy to use - I would heartily recommend the e-nano for your purposes. It does have a cord hanging off it, but of all the vapes with cords hanging off them that I've used, it is hands down the safest one sitting on a piece. It is pretty sturdy too! It can comfortably heat to temperatures which would combust bud (if you set it too high off the dial) so you have well and truly more power than you need in there for any material it might come up against - also lets you do those super high temp whitewall hits :D

Lwien: I'm down under brother, you were probably cringing reading my description of what most combusters do here lol.

This community has a gargantuan E-nano following for a reason. Go over to that thread and see what you think :)

If all your friends like is lungbusting clouds, and you need a vape to do it, you probably need to look towards the Cloud Evo or the Sublimator.

But my original thought would also the be Volcano, it's idiot proof and reliable for situations where people are inebriated

Mate, the one thing I have learned about converting to vaping is that the choice has to come from the individual.

Everyone has there own reasons for quiting combustion and the issue should not be forced.

The more you try to convince ppl to see the error of their ways the more you will alienate yourself from the crowd.

Just buy a vape that pleases you and those who are interested will ask you about It. Usually because they have had the thought of quitting in the back of their minds anyway.

Also for your info, the Volcano on 230c with good herbs will put a donkey on its ass.

In whip mode, I generally vape at 380F at a low (1) fan speed. That provides a constant stream of vapor for 10-15 minutes that is cool and not so dense that people cough. Since it's a convection vape, the higher fan speed generates thicker vapor. Between the fan speed (which can now be turned off completely in the 2.0) and temp, you can get as thick as you want.

For bags of very dense vapor, I go 380-390F with a fan speed of 6-8. That'll make a bag of thick vapor.

On the Rise thread, I posted a pic of a non-standard bag (someone wanted to know how to use non-OEM bags using a whip and a zip tie), but you can get an idea of vapor thickness:

As others have mentioned, it really comes down to the individual.

I like lazy vaping - not lung-busting red-faced hits that make you wanna pass out kinda hits. For me, the Rise lets me sit back, relax, and get vaped. Nothing to mess with, nothing to stir, nothing to explain. It's just "here, take a hit off this whip".

For 5 people, I guess it's put in 4 scoops, that's about .5g (I just weighed it to be sure).

nano is a great experience and has a lot of room to kick up temps to keep most smokers happy. Downside is that it really shines with smaller loads. So, in a group setting there is a lot of waiting. I do it often, but seems best to give each person their own small load. That will take a few hits (and a couple minutes), then empty/reload and go to next one. Not bad, but depends on your friends and how many you're trying to vape up at the same time.

EQ may be a better option. It will do bags (which as said above are foolproof), but you can also put a pretty big load in it. Set it on a table in the middle of the group, throw a bubbler on the other end of the hose, and you could be good to go. Give it a stir every couple hits and 1 big load could go on for a good bit. Not the best flavor or consumption efficiency, but I've had it work pretty well in groups of 5 or less. Makes for a nice break at the poker table.

Thanks for the info guys. The Vapir Rise and Herbalaire look like the best affordable options for bags.

The fact that the Herbalaire doesnt require grinding is so odd to me.
Most vapes can vape a chunk. It just takes the heat penetrating all the way through. Easier with convection obviously.

The herbalAire is designed to use chunks/pieces/buds because the main mouthpiece screen is coarse, for good air flow, and ground herb would get on and through that screen. Using pieces keeps the herb more intact and out of the screen, and it all gets vaped. You can use ground bud with it, but if you do it's better to add a screen at the top of the heating chamber to keep it in place.

The Vapolution also does better with pieces than ground, since it uses a dimple in the glass bowl instead of a screen.

I'd like to throw in a vote for the Extreme Q. I've heard various things about the quality of the Herbalaire, but for me the Q works great in party sessions. I've vaped with groups of 10+ (with most not being super familiar with vaping). One bag gets passed around while the other fills. While filling three bags at once, I really don't think that's necessary unless everyone HAS to get baked within 5 minutes, which isn't usually the case if you're hanging around in a big group. Also, the Q's bowls last a while--2 bowls of .3g can get a room full of 10 people very baked.

When it comes to bags/balloons what things are most important to consider? Because seems like there are multiple good options with the Extreme Q, Herbalaire, Rise 2.0

I think you have to consider how much of a tolerance your friends have. I can fill alot of rooms with people who wants to get baked within 5mins, and easily clear a bowl of 0.3 by themselves.
