Hey Vaposhop do you guys plan on carrying the Pax 2

Hello VapeMom, I'm sure they would like to. Unfortunately, ploom (now paxvapor) is not interesed in the european market at all and will not release it here in the near future (probably NEVER!). Like with the pax before, they will also forbidd retailers from canada and the us to send it here.

What a bummer! I wonder why though. Thousands of vapor enthusiasts in the European market too you know ploom. I have half a dozen friends right now who can't wait to get their hands on this bad boy myself included. Anyways I'd be happy to buy it off anyone on here who wants to sell due to buyers regret maybe:) although I doubt that'll happen

No worries. Welcome to FC Mom :)

It has something to do with the warranty, they don't want to honour it here... Their warranty policy is terrible anyway. They can take peoples money, but they won't honour the warranty if you bought it from the wrong retailer. I would avoid this company. There are other nice (and much cheaper) vaporizers, which are available here, as well. Check out the Arizer Air, Haze Vaporizer, Vapium Summit, Indica, Herbstick Deluxe... for example.

I know the pax 1/2 is a beauty, but good looks aren't everything.

@mrweed: in the Pax2 thread the rep just announced they will probably have european distributors soon, and the initial reviews are pretty good, it seems they greatly improved the taste aspect!

Thanks for the response. Yes, yes I know about these vaporizers all too well. In fact I have both the solo and air from arizer along with a handful of other vaporizers. Just looking to add to the collection you see . I'm currently in a location where I'm dry and there's no way I can get any so collecting is kind of keeping my sanity lol. Eye candy. I hear there are plans to expand from the company so hopefully they'll hit the euro market soon. Thanks again.

@KeroZen let's say I just don't believe the hype
I did when the Pax 1 came out and in the end I was asolutely unsatisfied, because my expactations were too high for what it is.

anyway, it's nice that they finally see the potential in the european market... obviously it is big enough for two bootleggers (crater and project-x)

We've recently revamped our website (and logo). The new site features a ton of updates - both under the hood and visually. Problems/questions/compliments/insults? Please let us know!

Also they revamped their prices.
Glass stems for Arizer Solo and the new Arizer Air are now almost 50% more expecive than the last time I bought some.
They used to cost 5 euro and now they are 9.50!!!

Luckily for me I bought 10 of them before those prices went up!

When prices go up that much I really wonder what is going on???

Well, to be honest we've always sold Arizer accessories a bit too cheap. We've simply had to correct our prices due to fluctuations in the dollar exchange rate and the official new pricing from Arizer.

Hey guys, just wanted to leave some positive feedback here.

About a month ago, I had to send my Arizer Solo back to VapoShop as it wasn't heating up anymore. Seems like it got delayed in the mail, and the postal tracking system was no help either. After 3+ weeks they still didn't receive my return shipment and I was starting to get worried, but today I was pleasantly surprised by a brand new Arizer Solo unit in the mail. I don't even know if they ever received my faulty unit or just decided to send me a new one, but I am pleased with the outcome. GG vaposhop!

i just would like to add my experience with VapoShop: in one word, great! :) i bought my Plenty with them and i am planning to get a new portable (probably the alfa) there as well... I think for us europeans it's really nice to have a reliable retailer here, with nice shipping policy, a nice looking and well functioning site, without having to worry for the random custom duties and the sometimes infinite shipping times i experienced when buying things from the US. i spent a life dealing with all that bulls**t for my work, so enough of that! ;) ...and now i just discovered the 10% off FC code, delightful! :)

Ordered my vape pen on friday and got it on tuesday!

Discrete package, fast shipping and items in brand new condition, awesome! With the fc discount and free shipping on top it is hard to beat. Since they supply parts for all my other vapes aswell I will look here first when I need to stock up.

Delivery service was awesome, the guy phoned me in the morning asking for the best moment to deliver it, and we arranged it for lunch time.
I'm quite the amazon guy, and he already knows me, but it always impresses me, since the norm is to leave the missed delivery ticket without even ringing your bell.

Vaposhop has completely disappointed me. There customer service is fast and great, until you receive your package. After this my verdamper had a slight search in it. I was not too worried I was just happy I finally had this epic piece. Once I got it set up it would not hear up enough to vaporize my product. I emailed them and I had to ship it back at my own cost. Still I was ok as long as I got a new product or a refund. It has now been three weeks. Iv emailed them many times with no reply except from a computer saying they will get back to me...... I'm out over five hundred dollars with shipping it and the product I bought. Now I will spend my time trying to let everyone that I can know how there "superior refund policy" truly is.
