I'm applying on thursday for a 2 year canadian working visa. Fingers crossed I get it. If I do plans are to head to vancouver, try get a job and a studio (or at least access, I've done a bit of research) and blow lots of glass. I've been lampworking for about a year as a hobby and am proper stoked at the idea of being soewhere with a properly active scene.

Any of you lot from canada? Any advice for a late 20's uk citizen when heading over? If anyones living that neck of the woods and advice etc is appreciated.

Peace

Hey I'm currently living in Vancouver and am getting starting in lampworking here myself. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about the area/city

Posting this pretty late, I am also from the city. I know of a place that has decent rates to use there equipment(member based) but they do not allow pipe making of any kind :(
