Okay guys, so now I'm stuck between this and the Firefly. Which one should I get?

Is it true you can attach this to bongs? That's pretty crazy. I don't think any other vaporizer has that feature.

Firefly or Inhalater?

Apples and oranges. FF is pure convection, steep learning curve, superior flavor to any vape I've used, including desktops. No vape touches it for cool tasty vapor.

INH is mostly conduction, dead simple with no learning curve, and stealthy as hell. Taste is significantly inferior to the FF, but it's easier to use and produces buckets of vapor. Also has a super impressive temp range.

Different vapes for somewhat different applications. Do what I did...get em both! I don't leave the house without the INH...it's my concert vape. The FF is my in-house portable, and my go-to device when I want the best possible flavor.

couldn't have said it better:) those glass caps and convective properties of the S might change that flavor edge. I too keep my Fly at home cause battery life is no comparison with the INH05. Plus i carry my HT with me for the portable water hook up. :)

I would lean more towards the Inhalater for sure..... but if your not in a huge hurry.... I've heard rumor of a new Inhalater coming out which you might be very interested in...... as I hear it will have a button to push similar to the Fire Fly but with another Hybrid twist.... it sounds very interesting.... and it also sounds as though it may bring about more of a learning curve now that the user is more involved in creating the inhalation..... we'll see... just not sure as to when exactly.....?

If waiting is not really an option I would go for the "S" mod if you are looking to milk a bong with your friends from time to time.....:peace:

Ok crew I just received my INH05S back from the shop for it's upgrade from the INH05. I also purchased 3 of the new glass capsules. This BEAST has just knocked the Mighty down to #2 on my list. First let me say the new carbon fiber wrap is really nice.:brow: It's thick and durable as well as snazzy as heck. The heat up time on this monster is almost non-existent. Enabling you to Stop-Click-and Vape. Making this the stealthiest vape out there IMO.:science: The glass capsules are thick like the solos and fit right in snug with the unit. The taste is incredible especially when you start out low like 2 or 3 and step your way up (usually to 7). The glass holds less then the OG caps so it is way efficient. I also love the ability to milk the bubbler on 8 or 9 with the polymide and WT adapter.:D In short I'm in :love:with my "S" and this company. I have been treated personally like a king by Greg and the team over in Montreal. This will keep me coming back for the next installations with excitement! Greater product, greater customer service, I'm satisfied!:science:

I always have said that Inhalater is my favorite vaporizer to leave home with.
I was not that excited when I first tried the original glass capsules that came as percs from the Indeiegogo campaign.
After a time I found that I liked them.
I put a piece of SSV tube on the end as a lip protector.
1.jpg

I began using it when I wanted to vape some kief.. so my polymide caps did not dirty too fast.
I would make layers of weed and kief, so there would be good air flow.
3.jpg

Today's sessions led me to mix just a tiny drop of weed in with pure kief, and try the
75% kief mixture.
2.jpg

I packed the capsule well, and the airflow was very tight.
Once I got the capsule going, it got tighter as the kief packed itself from the heat.
I found a nice way to draw, puffing as though it were a cigar with a too small air hole.
The amazing sessions using almost all kief last for 30 minutes or more, and at level 7 or 8 the clouds just keep on coming at the same thick levels.
Since I am using the glass for the kief sessions, the cleanup is easy as I can be rougher with the glass than I am with the polymide.

Want some fun?
Get yourselves some kief, and have a monster session with the INH 05!

Yea they can be very difficult to get a response from sometimes... they have gotten a bit better but over the years ....so for sure a work in progress.... although an entire month is a bit crazy.....and phone calls have typically been the best method....

Yes those are new stickers that they have started to carry....so they really liked your idea or suggestion... I have found that they are much more open to listening to their consumers so that is awesome....

Good Luck..... stay on them they will respond in time....:peace:

A member read my post about the glass capsule, and did something typically "FC" and shared a better capsule with me.
The new glass capsule is a damn fine tool!
The glass has not been left cut rough, but is well finished, and slides in the INH easily, with no potential of scraping the walls. It heated up faster than I expected, and was ready to rock just as fast as the polymide capsules.
I was overjoyed to discover the snug fit, also. Snugger than the original glass caps, I was absolutely confident that I could move freely and that the capsule was not going to slip out.
It was so nice and thick too... sturdy feeling.
The length is great for a session at home.. so cool and flavorful an experience.
Slide a finger halfway down that stem, however, and you will find it plenty hot. The tube does an excellent job of keeping that heat down close to the unit so your lips can savor flavor with impunity.
Thanks @ShayWhiteGrow for turning me on to a new tool that I will use with great pleasure.
Good job @Inhalater

Looks like I'm getting a inh5!!! Haze didn't work out for me so I'm trading it for a inh5. Going to order a glass capsule as well anything else I should get ?
Hoping this will be my go to vape for on the go stealth vaping in public. I'm a taste snob so Let's see what the flavor is like!

Definitely go for the glass capsule if you want taste at mid range to higher temperatures. You might be a little disappointed with the taste with the polyimide capsules, they're extremely thin and allow for a LOT more conduction than glass. However when it comes to my capsule choice for on-the-go or public usage I'll gladly sacrifice taste for the added stealth and ease of extraction the polyimide capsules provide. There's never any question as to what capsule I'm going to grab before I head out, polyimide every time. I do use mine in public often, its very inconspicuous and usually doesn't get a second look. If it gets questioned I pass it off as an ecig to those who might have a problem with me using it.

I'd go ahead and order anything and everything you could potentially foresee yourself wanting because shipping from Candada isn't exactly cheap. I recommend extra screens, an extra cap, a second battery and however many in whatever variety capsules you may want. All these things are an easy choice for me as I really enjoy my INH05 after getting familiar with it. The glass capsules WILL change your impression of this vape if you aren't impressed with the polyimide, get them as soon as possible. The other stuff, well its up to you. I wish I would've saved on shipping costs by ordering everything I wanted last time.

So you really like the new glass caps with the longer length 4"... can you tell us a bit more about the snug fit.... I was told they wrapped the outside of the glass chamber with that tape to make it fit snug... is this the new cap you have now or was it newer still..... a quick pic would be awesome.....
My home made caps are also 4" long and I love them but they are not very snug at all... however my saving grace was that the WTA fits over them very snug and therefore are keeping them secure....
I have also very much enjoyed the enhanced flavor that they provide.....

You may want to try that down up and back down technique I described a while back if you are ever looking to improve the flavor even more.....:peace:

Shout out also to @ShayWhiteGrow.... too cool for school.... good folks here on FC......

But I like it!
@Mrmrmrmr I'm sure you'll be pleased with your choice. This is easily my fave, or at least tied for fave (more below).
I have an extra battery but have only switched out once to see how tricky it was (its not).

I'm ordering a glass cap today, and more Polycaps. If you run out of caps you have run out of Inhalater, although there will be a way around that coming out I suspect. But never travel without a spare capsule, or you may be disappointed.

I do need a screen. I emptied and refilled a cap, and out on a long dog walk I inhaled most of my hot herb. That's when I noticed the missing screen :)

So I picked up a Minivap as part of my plan for world vape domination. I like it a lot - its like a desktop version of the inh. But it doesn't replace the inh in any way, and INH05 remains my go to for all trips and daytime vaping, and I would be lost without it. The two of them make for a great team ;)

I *just this second* finished cleaning the exact same bubbler. Thanks for sharing - I was going to video myself, just so I could tell what it looks like from the side. It looks awesome :)

Add, since @ShayWhiteGrow also has a MV, but I've found myself using the 05s while waiting for MV to heat up. I knew I had a problem when I was alternating between the two running units to do my own bake-off. In the end the big winner was me ;)
