You Must Unlearn, What You Have Learned...
I'm heavily addicted to wood right now but I would never get rid of my LSV!!!

You got one right here:rockon::rockon:
Made a. Trade/change and should have a LSV in my hands hopefully by the weekend !!
It's been so long....
Looking forward to trying this new m2m ELB cap method everyone is raving about.
See you all in the clouds :science:

In my defense I didn't get rid, traded to a well known member... Blockbuster trade! Saturday is going to be a great day, indeed!

Hadn't used my LSV in years and busted it out yesterday. The vapor comes in a bit hot, but i was getting thick and tasty hits using the glass stems. It has been a long time, and i still believe this to be one of the better vapes on the market, and maybe the best at its current price point or under.

Hey @Tweak I'll soon be in the LSV ssv mod group! Got a ssv heater cover coming my way and the only thing left is to order one of those nifty gongs from the great @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd .

:rockon::rockon::rockon: :smug:

DON'T BURN YOURSELF!

I haven't yet (:brow:) but I have a couple scars from accidentally bumping/grabbing the nano GonGs. The SSV GonGs don't get burning hot at my temps thank goodness.

Do the m2m adapters get uncomfortably hot?

How high do you turn yours? My standard LSV HC's vapor seamed hot too because I need to crank the heat to get vapor.

Me too, i do need to crank the heat. The LSV certainly excells more as a waterpipe tool. It is not as effective as the VHW IMO, but certainly more durable and versatile.

Almost there...
So my LSV has landed!!!
Somehow i ordered SILVER but on opening the case i find a PURPLE LSV... Oh well, whatever i am not that fussy!
What i am a bit concerned with is that it may be a blemished one.
The holes are not smooth and still have metal burs on them, there are scratches in the finish and just generally a poor finish...
Oh well again... So long as it works like it should i can live with it!

First two loads blew... and in a bad way, still testing so not worried at all!
Third bowl was heavenly!!! So i turned it up a bit more, chokingly thick clouds!!! Almost smoke like that i could literally chew on! I had to check the bowl to make sure i had not combusted!!! Still green, so good to go!! Finished that off and took a break!
To recap a bit!
1st bowl was just crumbled bud
2nd bowl was slightly bigger chunks, both 1st and 2nd bowls stirred.
3rd bowl was ground bud and it worked well but made me cough.
More testing needed to be done!!

4th bowl was also ground bud, just loaded the ELB with less material.
Best tasting Afghani Headband i have ever tasted!! 20 minutes later i can still taste it!!!
Great clouds, nice thick and delicious!!!

Everyone should have one of these vapes in their arsenal!
2 minute heat up!
Awesome taste!
Big clouds!
Easy to use a WT with!
Efficient!
This thing just replaced a few other vapes, instantly...

A weekend of serious testing will ensue!

@biohacker I turned the nano off...:( for now.

Whoa this must be Serious lazylathe turned off his nano :o
It seems I've forgotten exactly how medicated the LSV can get you. Thanks to @SSVUN~YAH I also have several new pieces of glass to test it with the saber.
Day off tomorrow so here's to sitting 10ft away from my mailbox waiting to greet the mail man :ninja:

I'm going to the post office first thing to pick up my new Nano, Lost Dog & VVPS! It's going to be an epic day!

@Tweak

Care to tell me what you have done with your LSV?
The obvious is switching to an SSV heater cover!
It looks epic!

This appears to be a very medicating device!
And i love that i seem to go slightly hotter and still not combust, been missing the serious goodies up that high!

That's pretty much it. LSV + standard SSV HC + JoDa SSV GonG () + e-nano screens. Basically just a nano gong with a flare added to the end or a mini VB wand with a 18mm male end added. IMO, the flair makes is much easier to stir your load without spilling it.

Just need to find a stand and it could double as a SSV desktop and be used with wands.

I've got one coming with a slightly larger diameter, for elb/elbow screens since the vb mini-wand was a bit to restrictive/loggish for my tastes. But I'll probably end up getting one like yours at some point too. I seem to be a 'completest' with my gas, and I love the joda stuff. Now I'm thinking about weighing down my stand.

Awesome!!

I'm with you on the restrictiveness of the VB mini, but something about placing it on water takes that away and actually helps with thorough extraction, or maybe it's just how V&C made it. I didn't think I would like it either but it works flawlessly.

Yeah my two new ones are larger diameter too, I hit the SSV standard wand the other day and remember why I love it so much, I had to try it in GonG form.

@lazylathe what temp are you using? Noon? I am finding I prefer 11:30 right now as a sweet spot, and basically never go past noon as it starts getting hot in my lungs. Especially after stirring/tamping.

Gonna see how far I can take unground nugs without stirring/tamping.... just wanna see how high i can go on the dial without overly darkening one spot.

Your talking about a post warm LSV right? Bc I would use mine at 2-3 while warming up and by the time my session ended it was ready to be turned down. I would only turn it to just before the click and then unplug. For all you new LSV owners dont turn the knob all the way down to the click, bc it's that part, the rheostat, that will fail first, typically. That and mind the wire, meaning unravel it before and after use and you could have a vape that will stand the test of time!

Yep post warm up! I can go to 1-2 but need to seriously speed up my airflow to compensate. Just tried vaping nugs at about 1:00, a stir/tamp is definitely required as I hit a vapour wall. lol. Just been really intrigued by Herbalaire's ability to not need to grind nor stir recently.

I started at Noon and it was pretty good!
Moved up to 1 then 2 then 3 and draw speed has to increase considerably in order to not blacken the load.
11:30 is my spot though after lots of testing and a good, thorough warm up.

I was at the point of almost perfect ABV after all the sessions last night!
Over medicated was the order of the night last night... This thing is dangerous if you do not take care!
I did not even make it to a night cap before bed... just passed out till the morning!!

I think with my way of using it i may have to go to a smaller basket as i am finding the ELB just a little bit too long.

@biohacker check out the classifieds! A Vapo 2.0 is for sale!!
I do regret giving mine away but do enjoy visiting and using it still!!
Still works like a charm with full nugs, no grinding, tamping or stirring!
