help with vape pens

Hey i need some help please i dont know what to do now. I just bought the ago g5 and as soon as i got it i started to charge it and it still hasnt turned on a day later. So i emailed the place (discountvapepen.com) and they wont message me back. Help? Anyone?

How long did you give them to reply? Their 'contact us' link on this page- https://discountvapepen.com/return-policy/ - takes you to vapeworld.com, which is one of the best on-line dealers you'll find. So, I doubt that you'll have a real problem, whatever the issue is (although I wouldn't expect too much from a $20 vape pen).

There are two links that u can contact them through and one of them links to vapeworld i messaged them and they said they have no association with discount vape but they said theyd try ad help me reach someone and i gave them 4 days and i think thats too long right?

I don't know why they'd have a contact link that points to Vapeworld if there's no valid connection between the two. And yes, after 4 days you should have received a response. I sent them a message asking them to contact you via the email address you used to register here. If you don't hear from them by the middle of next week, contact me via PM. I told them that we'd have to add them to our 'dealers to avoid' list if they're going to stiff buyers. I also asked about their email link going to Vapeworld, and that we'd expect to see that fixed if we confirm there's no association between the two companies.

Seriously? Thanks a lot ive emailed them 3 times now and still nothing Someone had told me there are fakes vape pen sites and i think this may be one but im not sure. This is my first time buying a dry herb pen so it kinda sux man.

I don't recall hearing about any (confirmed) ripoff sites, and I'm not convinced this one is fake. There's not much point in taking the time to create a website with a lot of products, just to steal from a few buyers. This dealer may be thinking he can get away with selling and no service though, so we'll see.

I've been pleasantly surprised by it and intend to use it as my main pocket portable. At just over $100 delivered, it really is a good deal. You may be able to get a good one for $20 at some point, but I doubt it'll be any time soon.
