Is it just me or does anyone else think that the haze is not exactly covert as far as smell goes after use? Does anyone else have any lingering "scent" of used up material after their session(s)?

FYI: I am very meticulous about vape maintenance I clean it regularly every 5 sessions max. Very rarely do I wait beyond 5 sessions to clean my piece. I know keeping pieces spic and span can minimize general odor, yet i still find myself smelling lingering odor 10-15 min after use in an off setting. I keep a cleaning log and everything, tracking the number of uses and dates of use to determine when I will be taking time outta my schedule to clean it. :p

Also, I love this bad boy best buy everrrr <3, I am looking for a backup vape these days cause it never hurts and I am torn between a flowermate v5 I believe or the Pax since it dropped down. Its almost as stealthy as this amazing product here on the haze thread. Any opinions or input would be greatly valued!

Thanks ladies and gents.

I have really been neglecting this vape and just been playing with my new toys. I want to give her her due time. If I were place shatter on the bottom of the can and cover it with herbs and use it thru water filtration (have an eds wong), can I keep it vertical? I assume the flowers will soak all the shatter like a sponge, and nothing will leak. I have used concentrates only horizontally.

It was funny when a colleague of mine, probably 20 years older than me came by and asked me about the haze. It will be his first vaporizer and use it at home. I did not recommend the haze, but a simple and easy to use plug-in. I told him once he gets used to vapor, buy the haze. Am I wrong in stating that this is not a good starter vape? I recommended the pax two years ago to a combusting friend and he hated it (I still love my pax). It turned him off to vaporizing. I don't want to make a similar mistake.

I agree and disagree at the same time. For home use only, I would also recommend a simple desktop like Easy Vape or similar. It is cheap and it is a vaporizer. Not much to expect in terms of quality but a cheap desktop will work. As a portable, I disagree that Haze is not a starter vaporizer. I think it is a perfect starter vaporizer because it is easy to use. Simple heat settings, simple operation. It is also very forgiving when it comes to loads. You can pack light or heavy. It performs the same. There is a learning curve to any brand but I think Haze is simple enough to use. It is also easy to clean.

I always keep it horizontal and the herb/oil mix works good but I think they are working on a new can design which will improve on trapping the liquids inside.

I think the Haze would be a fine introduction to vaporizing especially if they are interested in having the option to vape out of the house.

I personally don't think the learning curve is too steep and I like the versatility of the Haze. The fact that it has so many setup options could be an advantage to someone new to all this.

I am still exploring my Haze and it offers many options. More than most other portables do. I can see how some people may not need all these features but they are good to have. Looks like this product is designed to cater to the majority. It is simple to use, simple to learn but yet delivers the results. I am switching back and forth between my Haze and EVO. Just got the hydratube from a friend of mine and experimenting.

A shop here in town just got two Hazes in last week. Is there any way to tell if a unit is a 2.5?

She said she ordered them after seeing them on Bill Maher's show but she may have gotten old stock.

You can email Haze the serial number. They can confirm

Cool.. Ill call the girl and get one of the serial numbers. Ive bought a lot of my vapes from this girl. She usually gives me good prices because Im the only one who knows what half the stuff she even has is so Ill buy a vape, use it a while, give her some feedback and she uses my feedback to educate herself and sell more units.

I happened to be in there looking for a dabber and on my way out, I stopped and was looking through her case of vapes. Id already been up the street looking for a dabber and I checked for a Haze at the previous shop and they looked at me like I had 3 eyes when I asked about it. I was REALLY surprised to see this shop had them. This girl just laughed and said "I should have known youd be the first person to ask me to take one out of the case."

Please let me know everyone's favorite method of using the haze.
i like conduction screens level 2, on the occasion conductions for flavor, rarely use cans, sometimes throw some wax in my herb with the conduction screens through my water tool.
