Is there a 510/ego battery to 601 cart adapter to fit 650mAh pens?

All the adapters I've been able to find are for mini co2 oil cartomizer type pens. Looks totally dumb running a KISS Ti on my battery w/ the gap between cart and battery. Are there spacers or wide type adapters out there somewhere in the deep web?

I use the baseplate from my UPTech Okeanos on my mechanical mods. It is 22mm wide and has a spring-loaded center pin, so it fits flush on top of my mechs. It is machined from stainless steel, as opposed to my other carto-sized 510-610 adapters which are made of chromed brass.

22mm is much wider than a 650mAh battery though.
