Good morning and Happy Monday everybody!!

I am very happy to hear that Lily is treating so many of you so well!

@h3rbalist I really love your Lily too, so much that I grabbed a few pictures of her and her sister unit quick on their way out the door so that I could feature them on the website :brow:

What makes Lily better than Daisy for you? It's the opposite way around for me.

IMHO I don't think that one is better than the other, but they each certainly fill a different need. Depending on your lifestyle and living situation one may fit your needs significantly more than the other.

For me and my lifestyle they compliment each other perfectly. I wake up in the morning, load my lily and carry her around with me all day. She is pocket friendly so I can bring her anywhere, and fast enough that I don't feel like I took time out of my day for a session. Daisy is my girl at the end of a long day. She does hit fast liker her sister but I like to use her when I have a little more time to relax. I really like that I can easily take her anywhere in the house and have a session. I think of both of them as "the smoker's vape." They give me that hit hard/full hit to feel the satisfaction I used to get from a combustion hit.

@Supdog Daisy is definitely more of a "home portable" than a pocket friendly vape. Although you may have read that some people have taken off the wooden mouthpiece and find that they can pocket Daisy if they need to. (And yes @weedemon that is because of her smaller body and rounded corners! We gave her a bit of a makeover and released her new look at the same time we released Lily.) Lily is much more pocket friendly if you are looking for a vaporizer to take on the go.

@steama I am a big fan of Dr. Suess as well, today actually happens to be his birthday :D !

Word of advice to all Lily owners...
Let the periscope cool before commiting your fingertips to turning it.

Agreed! The heat intake gets very hot!! This is true for both Lily and Daisy. For Lily I use the tip of my torch to turn it if the angle needs adjusting during use.

@subway13029 I have refunded your 10% FC discount. The coupon code must not have been applied at the time of checkout on either order. And I sincerely apologize for the delay! This is not the typical wait time that we have had in the past. This wait is due to the large number of orders we received (and continue to receive). Our stock was completely wiped out, The release of Lily gained much more attention than Daisy ever had, and it drew a bunch of attention back on Daisy as well. We are a small American company, making hand crafted products. We are absolutely adapting to this new pace as quickly as possible and your order should be out in a day or two. Also just to let you know the reason the website says in stock is because the system will not let you place an order on an our of stock item. With our current situation it was easier for customers to place their order and nab their place on the back ordered list than to ask people to return to the site every day and attempt to to place an order.

That being said we can't thank you all enough for the wonderful response!! Over half of our sales have been through FC and we are very grateful for your support!

P.S.
We will be doing a Triihouse bundle deal of sorts but not until we get into April ;)

So, it's been 3 days since I had my Lily.
I had multiple sessions and today, I went out with Lily, not with the long solo stem, or either water tool but with the stock stem, and I realized that the taste is way too harsh for me to handle..The taste is rather bitter.. As I am currently using solo screens on my Lily, maybe that caused more harsh taste probably?
Because I almost felt like it's not suppose to taste like this.. :hmm:
How large do you have your flame. With my lily the device itself does not whistle. The sound that I listen for is a whirl made from the heat and fresh air entering the periscope intake tube.

@1_gr8_underdog, how do you hit it, fast and hard?

Yes, I would say that. Compared to how I hit daisy I use a faster harder draw.
Great tips and suggestions! I really like the keeping a spare screen in with it idea. I find the good stuff clogs up my daisy screens pretty quick, so that's gonna be a great tip! also appreciate you sharing your technique with us!

also when did the daisy get such rounded edges? your looks kinda circular in comparison to mine.
Just allow time for your periscope to cool before you store it if you use the plastic bag or it could melt. I am not sure when Daisy became rounded. But I feel it was a simple elegant design change that allows for a greater ergonomic value.

I would recommend using the tweezers to make these adjustments. The couple times I used my torch to them I ended up melting plastic onto the periscope. Edit it was paint too off the metal tip

I can hit Daisy non stop as it taste truly unbelievably amazing, but I kind of scared to use Lily now as it hits so strong. Lily is the most strong hitter among all my vapes.. Even harder than red on the Pax, or 4th setting on the Haze.

Also my Lily doesn't whistle..Is this normal?

I've never really heard a whistle either. The finish or whatever is used on the wood has a certain taste for a little bit but I agree the lily can have a strong taste, esp if you use high heat and close the carb

After using the Lily for a week now it seems to be getting stronger. My new Haze got stronger which is a good thing. Not so good with the Lily. I'm going to try to use my UD gong to attach the Lily to water and see how that goes: Success

Sure wish I knew how to make pics smaller.

So these things arnt actually in stock? I just ordered one before reading the last couple pages here and that really disappoints me... seems like if they arnt in stock then it shouldn't say In stock on the website, no excuses.

Rather than "out of stock," I think Triihouse is doing their absolute best to manufacture handcrafted products at a rate greater than their originally anticipated need. I think the release of the Lily was hastened a bit because of its appearance on the Daisy thread. With so many positive reviews of the Lily and the Daisy, Tommy and Brenna must be working day and night. Plus, if they're testing their own devices, no doubt they need to enjoy some downtime, too.

If its going to be a couple weeks then I guess they just made my decision for me to get a lotus instead of a lily. I find it very dishonest to have something listed as in stock when it is not. Its great that they are making them by hand and I bet they are having trouble with keeping up with demand, but that means it definitely shouldnt say in stock on their website. If I didnt read here I never even would of known about it.

@Scott A I don't know about the "couple weeks" thing, It's possible they're getting caught up with stock and orders may be going out faster now, I'd shoot @matte green a pm and see where things stand now.

I mean really you have one person making lilys and daisys so a weeks wait for something handmade ain't that bad. ... Now is it ?

Good things come to those who can wait.

Yeah they had to make some changes originally, and then making em all by hand, making sure quality is consistent.

It was already explained that listing as out of stock would mean you can't order at all, and they are coming, its just not a row of em waiting to go. Its still in the product launch phase, ofcourse there are hiccups. Seems to be well worth the wait...

I consider any wait for an "IN STOCK" item to be bad.

Cool dude, Whatever floats your boat. They did at least take the time to explain why the webstore was keeping it listed as "In Stock". Seems that was good enough for most of us. What matte green posted made sense to me.

(I see you bought a HI, Was it "in stock" or did you have to wait a little?)

I almost get the sense you believe they are doing something unethical. I see it more as they are a victim of their own success, and have been transparent in the forums about everything, so I disagree unless I have misinterpreted your statements. Can't please everyone though.
I do find it unethical to leave it up as in stock with no mention at all on their website that they are in fact not in stock. Anyways no real reason for me to post more in this thread.

I've been a professional woodworker for 30 years. If a customer wanted something I could not fulfill in the time frame they want , either I give them the option to wait for it or I turn down the job. I will not compromise quality to turn out mediocre crap just to get paid. I'm pretty sure the folks making the Lilly adhere to the same philosophy.

Hello everybody!

I have addressed the lack of communication issue we had regarding the wait time. I have changed the website around a little bit and on the shipping page it now states that we currently have a handling period of 3-5 business days for all orders.

You may also notice that we have removed the kit option and raised the price on Lily. That price difference reflects a few adaptations we have made to the order (such as including an extra glass heat intake with every Lily.) Tommy will be getting on sometime in the next few days to give you all a complete update.

Also, we love all of your photos, mods, and rigs! If you are are Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook and you want to share your photos please do  Just tag us and use the hash tag #triitribe

I don't really like sharing these types of things on public social media. but if you want to nab any pics I've posted on FC and put them out on your accounts, you have my blessing and permission @matte green , you can pretend I submitted them for your "Fan Submissions" program.
