Ok I have a question for all you nice fcers. I got my first vape, an ubie, about ten years ago. Fucked combustion right then and there. Then I got an iolite which I didn't like but I liked the conceptThen while researching vapes I stumbled upon this forum. You guys rock! I have learned so much of everything weed from you guys. Got a Firefly after reading the good advice on that thread. Loved it so much I bought a second one as backup. I then started researching butane vapes and got a Hammer after reading that thread.
I love this vape and use it for my daily driver.

Then I read the elevape thread.
Dammit if my vas monkey didn't start jumping on my shoulders again.
So I bought two of those rascals when they were half price. I barely finish figuring out that little guy when I visit this thread.

Thanks Rude Boy. Do you think the Lilly is more efficient than the Hammer? I love how the Hammer uses so little but gives such big clouds. Much more efficient than my Firefly and Elevape.
I had a hammer for about a week before the igniter failed on me. Anyway, I'd say it's very efficient when compared to the hammer. Both can definitely milk a lot out of a tiny bit of material, producing very nice clouds. The main reason I bought a Lily was to replace my hammer and I couldn't be happier.

@Supdog I can't say it's more efficient, but it's not less efficient. I like them both but they're really different vapes and hard for me to compare head to head, but I don't see the need for two hammers myself when you could have one Lily ... and the one hammer you already own.

The experience and feel of using the lily or daisy is quite unique and one I believe every one who has any other vape should know for themselves.

I've only had lily for a few days so she's only seen a few grams run through her but I'm liking it a lot, I may be in a honeymoon period still but I'm pretty sure the lily will see a lot more use from here on in then my hammer will.

EDIT; and as @uhmod makes a point of the hammer can fail (my first died) and with care the lily itself could last a lifetime, a torch can be had for a lot less then the hammer, been using one of the torches triihouse sells for $5.00 daily for around 8 months and it's still going strong.

hope that makes sense 'cause it's late and I'm baked.

Yeah I was just thinking as a back up butane in case I had to send my Hammer in I would have a spare Hammer to use. I really like the fact that the lighter is in the handle. Less to carry and I only need to use one hand to operate. But you and uhmod are swaying me to the Lilly. I could just see a Lilly in some nice curly koa wood. Hmmm I think I have some chunks laying around here somewhere. You think the fine people at Trilhouse would make me one if I sent them the wood?

having a backup vape for power outage is a good idea. I have a few that i keep around for camping trips, and time such as power outages. while I have not tried the lily yet, I can whole heartedly recommend the daisy for this job. it's bigger, so i consider it a "home" vape, but it's actually replaced all the others I have as my daily driver. it's just that great at doing it's job.

rather than 2 of each (i should talk. I've bought 2 daisy's...) i think you should consider buying both and then you can sell off the one you like less.

I have both a hammer and lily. I think you might end up with the hammer as your backup if you go with the lily. As for the wood, send a message to Matte Green on this board and ask her what she thinks.

Thanks weedmon, I looked at the Daisy but it just seems too big for right now. I like the smallness of the Lilly for portability. I'm pretty sure the Daisy would be a great vape just not for me size wise.

Thanks little magic, great to hear from people that have both of these vapes. I think I will message them about a custom wood Lilly. Damn do I really need another vape? Nah but I want one!

Both the Lily and the Daisy give me a Dr. Seuss feeling to their design. Big fan of Dr. Seuss and Triihouse vapes. In fact not many things go as well with a Dr. Seuss book as a Lily session before and after. :D

Apparently there is still a bad cert on the worpress site... :(

My Lily is here. After a few sessions I feel I have gotten the hang of it. With all 3 holes uncovered no vapor. So i tried two and got a little bit better vapor. The prize is when I covered all three holes, and use one as a carb. I wrap my index finger arond the font to block off two holes and use my thumb for the third. Then I can ease my index finger to uncover one hole. The result was thick, flavorful and potent vapor. I need to test more for consist results, but I think that is how I find it best to suit my draw speed etc.

@RUDE BOY I like using two orings in the draw stem hole. This allows me to pull the stem out just that little extra with it still feeling secure.

@basement farmer I placed 2 extra screens along with a extra oring in the little baggie together and placed the in the pariscope compartment. This works great for two reasons. I have extra parts and it stops the periscope from rattling around while in transit. I am also thinking about cutting down a toothpick to keep in there as a stirrer.

My face is melting...
Word of advice to all Lily owners...
Let the periscope cool before commiting your fingertips to turning it.

But moving on....

I aesthetically prefer the cherry Lily over the walnut, but your walnut Lily is damn sexy.

I'm with @RUDE BOY and @Tom Funk in regards to my preference to the Daisy.

It's not that one is better than the other. It's just that the experience is different....and in a good way.

It like having kids. You love them all equally for their attributes, but you'll always get along with one of them a little better than the others.

I'm not choosing one over the other, I like 'em both. Right now with my level of consumption and mainly vaping alone I see myself reaching for the Lily more often. Size wise it fit's my situation better for now. The more I use lily the more the end results mirror the Daisy both in taste and vapor production.

So, it's been 3 days since I had my Lily.
I had multiple sessions and today, I went out with Lily, not with the long solo stem, or either water tool but with the stock stem, and I realized that the taste is way too harsh for me to handle..The taste is rather bitter.. As I am currently using solo screens on my Lily, maybe that caused more harsh taste probably?
Because I almost felt like it's not suppose to taste like this.. :hmm:

I can hit Daisy non stop as it taste truly unbelievably amazing, but I kind of scared to use Lily now as it hits so strong. Lily is the most strong hitter among all my vapes.. Even harder than red on the Pax, or 4th setting on the Haze.

Also my Lily doesn't whistle..Is this normal?

@1_gr8_underdog, how do you hit it, fast and hard?

@vaporlee when u say the most strong hitter, you mean specifically the effects, right, and not the harshness? do you get anxiety attacks due to the strength?

Great tips and suggestions! I really like the keeping a spare screen in with it idea. I find the good stuff clogs up my daisy screens pretty quick, so that's gonna be a great tip! also appreciate you sharing your technique with us!

also when did the daisy get such rounded edges? your looks kinda circular in comparison to mine.

Just an update on my order status. I ordered the lily about 11days ago.. I am #586.still hasn't shipped so I added a daisy about 3 days ago because I have this NEED for a new vape...Now the prices of waiting continues. I have been in contact and am assured things are ok and I forgot to order screens and o rings and matte green said she would throw them in but I realizedbthatbi didnt get my 10 percent off either one for the code. I hope I didnt enter wrong. I was so excited to order them I figured it would come off later? What does kinda bother me is that on their website it says they all in stock and 2-3 day shipping and that is def not true. I understand new company but gotta be little more straightforward? I just want a new vape and I fear I may purchase another while I wait..been looking at the hammer or vapman.
