On phone at the moment, and can't search too well :(

It was in either the cheap high quality bubbler thread, open source glass thread, or glass ideas thread.

It was showing off a pukinbeagle propellor perc rig.

I'll look for ya when I'm on a pc :)

I usually burn off immediately and can hold the nail long enough at the top to gently set it on top of my cvault to cool.

Hey guys

I am new to the forum. I just bought a Cloud EVO and a Haze vaporizer and trying to optimize the experience with both. I searched through pages but could not find the relevant info. What temperature is recommended on VapeXhale for shatter that is really thick. I canot figure out the best temp for this. Any advice is much appreciated.

Not exactly sure what you mean by really thick shatter. If it's shatter, it's not liquid, so the viscosity doesn't come into play. If you mean thick shatter as in thickness dimension wise, that doesn't matter. Just break off a piece for the size dab you want (smaller then you'd normally use on a torch/nail setup).

It seems most people prefer low temp dabs with the EVO. I'd suggest starting at noon, and then experimenting from there. It definitely helps to have a heat-soaked EVO (on for 15+ minutes, so there's plenty of thermal mass). Drop the VXNail in, wait 8-10 seconds, and then inhale. Some people like to shut the EVO off when the light goes red, to prevent scorching anything.

I've found, that if you want to take a really massive hit, a little higher on the temp dial is helpful as well.

I believe if you search @Enchantre 's posts in this thread, you can find where she gave some very helpful instructions.

Welcome to FC!

Yes, and I love it! It purrs wonderfully and the Evo and MV sit perfectly on top. I've been using the Evo with it all weekend, I think...I don't remember it all!

I am so excited to get my piece. I used to own a Mobius 60t with stereo matrix and loved how it purred. I broke it and have always wanted an Ion with a single matrix because it looked like a perfect fit with the EVO. I just had a hard time justifying another $300 plus but when I saw this piece and saw the way the mouthpiece attached to the side I thought "That is just perfect" I am excited to get it!!!

Thank you so much. Yes I was referring to that. The noon feels like too low temp for some reason. I wonder what actual temp level I am at? I guess I will keep experimenting with this. My VapeXhale also did not come with the heat sleeves. Are those part of the base package or not? Thanks again. Ton of great information on this forum and I have been reading all day.

Hen-Cloud,
I just found out the cloud evo has been delivered to my house. I didn't know it required a signature, but my 74 yr old neighbor signed for it. She's badass. Now I only have 5 hours and 35 minutes until I get out of work. I don't think I can wait that long. Freaking out.

They are called NoGoo Silicone Fingertips!

I also recommend the NoGoo Small Goo Dish, it is the perfect size to hold 3 hot Vapexnails between dabs!

I have been on a bit of a vaporizer variety kick recently. I have acquired a few new vapes (firefly, Herbalizer, vapman), have plans on acquiring a few more (lotus, daisy, lily) and knocked the dust off some old favorites like the LSV, the Supreme, the PD, Zephyr, and others after approx 2 years of the Evo being the only plug in i use.

One thing i will add to the list of features that still makes my Evo the best of the best IMO. The bowl. The ez load bowls are easy to clean and stir and imo the best designed bowl system on the market. Just another reason to appreciate this vape. Cheers all.

I am pleasantly surprised how well the hydratubes work. I was not expecting this.
Compared to other tubes? My buddy who just got the vape this past week, the bamboo broke as we took the hydratube out :/ I told him to go to the place he got it from since the guy told him if he had any issues he would take care of him. Otherwise I would just have him do it himself online. I saw mix prices on how much it takes to get fixed if anyone who has had to this before knows.

So, I recently purchased a couple VXNs to try them out. I typically stick to flower but with all the recreational shops in my area I have easy access to concentrates. I figured, what the heck. Let's try some and see what the fuss is about.

I nabbed 5 different kinds of errl and shatter. While I dig the VXN and how innovative it is, I still prefer what I call "Flerrl" hits via ELB. A tad of flower first in the ELB, then some errl rolled up in a tad of flower, then a tad of flower on top. Just a tad all around so the ELB isn't more than 60% full. This keeps the concentrate from leaking through the ELB and makes for one tasty session. I get at least four hits off the one ELB as the concentrate coats the flower. And I'm zooted, for sure.

Your EVO tip of the day...

Cheers,
Vapinghole

Hello all, looking for some guidance just have a couple of questions . Was looking in to getting a reliable, efficient and powerful desktop unit for daily use; Was directed towards this particular vape after I expressed interested in the Volcano.

what is the least amount of dry herb that can be put in the Cloud ? I saw someone post a session with 0.2 g's used with decent vapor quality , assuming it is between that and 0.5 g's.

Anybody use the Cloud with the standard glass mouthpiece ? If so does it take anything away from the vapor quality as opposed to using water filtration ?Thanks appreciate the advice given.

The EVO actually works better for me with smaller loads. .2 grams will work fine, depending on the usual factors, quality, dryness, etc.

The standard mouthpiece is prolly best for flavor. Water filtration reduces harshness. EVO hits hard.
