Great great guy. I loved reading some of his book, about life on the set of Star Trek, his own challenges. At some point he said that it was just easier to stay in the Spock character than switch back and forth. I was also impressed that he took the high road with everyone's issue with Bill Shatner's ego, and was there to support him when Shatner's wife passed away suddenly.

A little saddened that his last performance in Star Trek may be the cheezy Skype call-in he did in Into Darkness, but what a great guy.
