Discontinued Vapolution 3.0

I know I would appreciate one, primarily intended for essential oils though, I think the Underdog thread is good example that people would use it if isn't inconvenient and works well. I also use the Solo's potpourri cup uspide down for the Versa and I find glass to be so much easier to clean than the copper cups for my UD.

i like the size compared to the previous models. :) can it switch from Farenheit to Celsius?

It currently only displays oF, but a little bit of programming could change that.

Looking very good to me. @Vapolution Vaporizers will the Vapor Barrel still work with the new size whip? It's my favorite vaporizer accessory and I'd prefer sitting back using it instead of a water tool 100% of the time if i have the choice.

The new tubing for VAP3 will fit inside a Vapor Barrel.

Thanks for the video! It looked to me like you were taking a nice, easy draw. How does it perform when you huff on it? Does the heater get overwhelmed?

The heater will dip a 2-4 degrees at most no matter how hard you draw on it.

Anything that is all glass and whole nug has my attention! I think I would much prefer this over the EVO, due to be able to use unground, and the fairly accurate digital controls. I also like the style of this company, especially based on the VAP2 rep. Kudos!

I'm guessing this one is a no go for inverted usage?

So is this thing less than a pound, is it going to tip my water pipes over?

Will there be a concentrate attachment on release?

The weight of the unit is a little less than 12 ounces. VAP3 should have no problem working upside down. Yes, a concentrate attachment will be available.

All I can say is these things take time, more time than I anticipated. Production parts are on order. Glass parts and heaters are being made in house as I type this. May or June is when I expect VAP3 to hit the market. Sorry for the delay.

as for me, i don't mind the delay at all, since i believe you just take the time that you think is needed to deliver a perfect vaporizer. time calculations only function in a perfect world, which we do not live in. :)

Was watching the VAP3 video again with @lazylathe, and we couldn't help but notice how overly roasted the nug appeared to be when the tube was removed. That means bad flavour, is this just the result of rookie error? If one is diligent, and keeps removing the tube instantly, this shouldn't be an issue? Or is this just a downside of conduction vapes?

I was under the impression that if you left the nug in there, it would get torched? It doesn't need to be in direct contact with the heater, as long as the glass gets hot enough, it will conduct and radiate heat, and thus overbrown and sometimes char the load. You're right though, I think it was at max temp.

Right, I should have precised "when you remove the straw between hits". And it's not the vape with the most convection aspect, due to the close proximity with the heater as you guys both said.

In a way the same "problem" happens (I use quotes because it could be desirable to some extent) in the Firewood where the glass capsule sits only one or two centimeters above the glowing heater element.

All I wanna know is that if I am diligent enough to remove after every hit (as I would a Cloud ELB or take my nano off of my bubbler), will I achieve this manna flavour from heaven, without overly browning? If so, i'm in...if not, I have to move on. Perhaps too much conduction in a vape just isn't for me. Somehow I know this isn't the case based on what everyone says about the VAP2 flavour!
