Usually when i smoke weed these days i make a joint with pure hemp paper. And i get really anxious and unkomfertable.. But when i first started smoking three years ago this dident happen.

Does vaporizing help the anxiety effects?

Were i live we have no dispenseries. And hard to find indica dominant strains.

Will vaping in volcano at higher temps using sativa dominant strains work? Like super lemon hade and sour disel?

The higher the temp the more sedate the experience. The strains you mention might be suboptimal for anxiety. Everyone is different of course.

I know it is, but my tyrant country dosent allow medical use of Marijuna. Have to get a prescription in Amsterdam. Then you can bring medical marijuna to my country.

Get the prescription. It's well worth it.

I find smoking, or vaping to have negative effects on my anxiety until I started using much much less.

You don't need to do full sessions, or if you are, smoking.. there is no need to finish an entire bowl, or joint or blunt or what have you.

Just take a single puff or two, and let it go for a second and see how you feel. Moderation in all things, and better yet. Just brush the surface and you'll have a better, more functional high!

Chainfire is 100% correct IMHO. Tiny amounts can be the best. And our bodies change with exposure to cannabinoids. Check it out.

Yup I found reduction in amount to be the only way, and even that doesn't always work for me. (But I have no choice of strains)

I use very little with my enano and do the hit and wait method.

FWIW, I get awful social anxiety and occasional panic attacks but have only experienced placative results with weed. It depends on the situation, stimuli, and environment, as if I need to be more interactive a smaller dose helps far more than a heavier one :)
