Don't worry about spoiling anything for me, I have watched all BB and am up to date on BCS, but who is this John character you mentioned?

After watching the latest episode, I may enjoy this show as much or more than BB. I know it's early, but I'd say they(AMC) definitely have another winner.
I think she meant Mike, he is the one I remember being killed by Walter.

John is the guy who is the parking attendant in BCS. In BB he was the retired cop that was partners with Walter towards the end and then Walter shot him.

EDIT
Thats right, his name on the show is Mike. I really
like the character. How he was so caring towards
his granddaughter. I liked Walter less when he shot
him.

That's, "Michael "Mike" Ehrmantraut."

That said, his name in real life is John. Jonathan Banks to be exact.

So I can see why one may be confused with the Mike/John thing.

Here is a take on our hero Saul. Yes, that's really cake, and all edible.

Anyone notice that Saul was drinking Dewar's Scotch in the first ep?
I didn't notice that but I DID notice the red acrylic bong Jimmy was using in last nights episode. A friend of mine had one of those in college, we called it "Big Red" obviously . . . Anyways, I think a lot of us old timers had many of these back in the day. Ahhhh the memories of my misspent youth . . .

Sorry for the shitty screen grab, Tuco came out better.

I enjoyed the scene in ep. 4 when Saul Jimmy is buying the perfect copy upscale suit ... and while he's waiting, his eyes wander over to the riduculous orange dress shirt with a tacky patterned tie...

We all know where his fashion sense ends up!

But at least Judge Papadoumian will eventually think he's a snappy dresser... ;)

How funny was that when he completely stole Howard Hamlin's entire look, hair and all, for the billboard. Lol.

What a great move to get under that guy's skin. We're already seeing the, "genius," of Jimmy/Saul.

How could Kim not know that Jimmy staged the "accident"?

Well, she was probably blinded by the free deep-tissue foot bath, and of course the free cucumber water - I am going to assume Jimmy doesn't throw the cucumbers back in the water after he's used them... :uhoh:

In any event, she enjoys the idea of watching "The Thing," with Kurt Russell, so she's pretty cool in my book! :ko:

This is getting better and better. The plot thickens with the cops at Mike's door. We will find out about Mikes cop career and what happened that got him kicked off the force.

I like the character that plays Jimmy's brother and we are finding out more about him, the mental illness. The writer is doing a good job of setting down a foundation and a background so the audience can get to know the characters.

I'm sure Tucco will be back, I hope soon. He's too good of a character.

I liked the part where the old lady said I thought all lawyers were idiots. jimmy said 50% are idiots and the other 50% are crooks. Maybe it wasn't those exact words, something like that.

It's heartwarming to see Jimmy's compassion for his brother and how he takes on as being his care taker. I'm seeing the same kind of compassion that I saw with BB, then mixed in with the drama and violence to keep folks interested.

We should see him getting a new car before too much longer.

He's zeroing in on the elderly population. How about the old guy that wants to exceed from the "United States union". Looks like Jimmy's getting some big bucks. The millionaire is keeping him on retrainer.

EDIT
I didn't notice what the money looked like? I must of missed something. Damn spell check, secede not exceed.

Was that Mike's daughter who saw him and drove slowly by him when she left her house?

I was really happy for Jimmy/Saul, when I saw that try of money, until you saw the face was on the bills. lol
So far, I give it a solid 8 out of 10, and can only see it getting better.
