@John Lewus The adapters are good quality. Not Oregon glass blower thick or anything but good. The 90s are actually both 90 degrees. Not slightly angled like you will find many cheap dropdowns. The 18/14 fits both my FC710 and the EVO snugly with no wobbling. I will recommend keck clips as a must have for the setup. Then you can simply pull the entire contraption off to change the ELB.
My LHS recommended the metal ones as they aren't as stiff and don't put as much stress on the glass when you pop them on and off and as far as I can tell they are correct. Plus they are more low profile. I've found that unless you need 10 k clips it's just as cheap to get mine locally. Plus I get to chuckle at their glass prices while I'm there.

$18 ha! Must be paying for that Swiss quality. Im sure the$2 ones from my local smoke shop are straight from China but I bet they work just as well. Another reason I only look at pictures on Aqualab.

I've never had any issues with my plastic k clips breaking anything, but I have read of people that have. Unless you take them on and off a bunch it probably won't make any difference especially in that setup I made. The metal ones were the same price as the plastic ones locally so I tried them out.

I DO struggle with the plastic ones sometimes, but not enough to get them at that price. I would get some at $1.80 tho...

There's a thread or two here somewhere with a few sources for better prices... found one - Inexpensive Keck Clip suppliers. I like the simple wire clips, they're great if you don't need a very tight hold.

These clips are made for this purpose, they do not scratch the glass.

After only using the FC-710 and D-Cycler for the last few weeks, hitting the mini-pillar feels a lot more airy which is a nice change. When you pull on it, the water is sucked up the tubes and diffuses as large bubbles in the top part, I can pull as hard as possible and get no splashback in the mouthpiece. Flavor seems good from the 2 hits I've taken so far, will have to do more testing after work. I can feel a bit of chug but it's more like a light rumble which I actually kind of like.

hmmm, i was gonna say the DO20, bc thats one i use out of my 3 dab rigs... and it was my 1st dab rig, all the beginner dabbers like to use it, even over my 300$ Hitman fastech, jus bc its easier! haha but it DOES hit nice too! but obv. u kno that if you already have one, hmmm, besides that, id saaaay a DO22, but thats MORE diffusion i guess... EVEN though A LOT of ppl like it as their DD for dabs.. im tryin to think of less diffusion... ill get back to you when i remember some... :hmm:

a nectar collector would be dope too... If anyone has insight into this type or set up let me know! as far as I know there are a few options for oils I guess cheap is what i'm looking for though.

on the other hand it would be amazing to see a solid solution for the e-nano and oils....no pads cotton or ss...

You didn't link to a nail, just the bong you want again.

That design doesn't interest me at all, so I can't really help ya with recommendations for similar rigs, but I'd def suggest you check out the FC-710 (diffusion pump knockoff) or the Kathy egg (though that has seen some issues with build quality so far)

Once you've decided what rig you want exactly, you can start to decide your nail setup.

There's nothing wrong with using the included glass nail a couple of times, but glass is not happy with such intense heating and cooling cycles that dabbing will expose it to, and they break really quickly.

A lot of people seem sketched out by Chinese titanium, citing the possibility of chinese Ti not being grade 2.
That has never really bothered me, so I've got a couple of Chinese Ti domeless nails.

They're cool, but I haven't used anything but my Quartz bangers since I got them.

My recommendation would be to grab yourself a Quartz banger.
I'm pretty sure Kathy has just about every joint setup for Quartz bangers now.

Ah whoops... It was Kathy's ti 4 in one nail... 14 and 18 male and female. Grade 2 ti supposedly.

I think I want that glass... I'm not too diehard about this stuff, so I think it will suit me fine.

I saw my first nail in action the other day... My buddy had a wp similar to the one I want but it was smaller... He had a ceramic nail and ti carb cover...

I also have a fc187v1

I prefer the other double recycler.
This one has a weird hit to it...
When you first hit it, bubbles go back up the return funnels for a second, then the diffusion levels out and that stops.
It gives the hit a strange feel as the feel of the airflow changes about a second in...

14mm male (as always :(), and the joint is almost at a 45 degree angle :\

It's fun, but there's better options out there for this one Imo.

The joint is still at an angle, but not as much as the other one.
It's got a little inline perc in there.

It seems to smooth out the hit just as much as the larger and more diffused one...

hey, sorry, but i kinda have a newby ? whats the Mobious copy called do i can order one if wanted, but would i like this piece for combustion?! im just asking for the ppl who DO combust here and there and maybe have used this piece, i just feel like the matrix percs would full of crap, and i wouldnt want that! but thats what id be getting it for, combustion... if anyone has any pointers, anything to help me, PLEASE let me know. BASICALLY im asking is the copy mobious stereo piece worth having for combustion use?? bc i still combust, i only use my DBV as my only vape right now... WHICH I LOOOVE! But i ALSO LOVE my glass! :D

The Mobius Stereo Matrix knockoff is the gb-186 from Yingmin5. It's an amazing piece, and he's a great seller. Ships fast, thick glass, well cut percs, ton of bubble wrap.

im just hoping if i order it, ill be happy w combusting w it, and then maybe another 1 for vapor, bc i have a feeling id love this piece! I REALLY hope i will like it w combusting, i just dont want the percs to get all gross ya know...?? :huh: :\ :hmm:
