I've been really happy with my air so far. Even though the arizer brown boxes are plain, they always use really dense soft foam so I never have to worry about stuff coming broken or rattling around. I got a few stem caps with the unit, not sure if those are new or they were always there. The white silicone case and the clip are nice touches as well.

i'm undecided on a stem. I like the feel of the black tipped ones, but I think they might taste just the tiniest bit weird to me so I've been going with the all glass while I explore alternates. I'm a little surprised it seems to put out almost as much vapor (or more?) than my solo. I mean, that's exactly what I wanted but I just didn't think it was going to happen.

For temperatures I've just been going green to yellow, haven't really messed with red or the low ones.

Vapor taste seems about the same as my solo if I'm using the all glass stem with a few big flavor hits and then that sort of typical solo drop off. Vapor production seems slightly more substantial than what I'm used to with the solo. That might have to do with the shorter stems, but it also seems to regulate temperature a little tighter.

Form factor is really impressive, it feels like they shaved down the solo substantially and everything else just basically remained the same. I love that it stands up to charge. I love the idea of prepacking stems and the capping them and having them ready while you're on the go.

There's a lot of good in this vaporizer, and at this point I don't really have anything bad to say about it. There's my mini review.

Good mini review!! I've been wanting to snag the air up, but my wife won't let get another vape until I thin out my collection of vapes and glass lol.

I understand that... I have the extreme Q, the Air, a bong, and a prometheus pocket pipe... Thats it. Nothing real fancy, nothing for oils/extracts. But my wife thinks i have a million "smoking" apparatuses. If i even mention another vape. attachment, or new glass she would roll her eyes and make some type of comment....

So i learned to just keep my mouth shut LOL when she sees me using something new, if she asks, i just say something like "What, this old thing?" with a smirk and walk away... Works with my other interests/hobbies too :D

With a portable it's so nice not to be tethered to a cord. Whether you want the flexibility to be able to just walk from room to room in your own house. Maybe you need or you want to be able to vape as a passenger on a long trip. Possibly you need to medicate while walking on the trail the Air is there and ready at a moments notice.

I like using a longer air path and with the Air there's several styles of mouthpieces that you can use. Maybe you like water filtration, with the Air it attaches easily to different water tools and accessories.

This unit is well made by a well known company Arizer that's been in business a long time. Just keep your receipt just in case you need to exchange for a warranty. I use Puffitup when I can because their customer service is stellar. Randy will take care of your needs.

If you need to be stealth just use the smaller mouthpiece and this vape looks like an ecig. You can take the Air along for fun or to medicate on the go.

This vaporizer is one of my favorites especially with the user replaceable batteries. I have 2 but plan on buying another along with a car charger. Experience one of the finest portables in the marketplace.

If you pondering whether to stick with your Solo or buy an Air imo you should ponder no longer BUY THE FRIGGIN AIR .

it gives tastier and thicker clouds than my Solo {even on the Air's middle and lower settings} or my Rely and the only down side is it gets warmer up top than the Solo and the battery life is shorter{but the good folks at PV gave me a 2nd}.

Never used the Solo but i imagine its a great vape since i have been VERY impressed with 2 other products from Arizer. Still the only way i can see a portable unit being better than the Air is if they figured out how to keep it the same size and just as durable as the Air, and incorporate a built in fan... Until that happens the Air is the only portable unit i need!!

Thats one thing i love about the EQ. Even when i do happen to use the whip on the EQ i set the fan to 2 or 3 depending on my mood LOL... Then you just have to breath... And guess what im doing that anyways HAHA :)

cool im excited about it. will definitely share when it arrives

Im a UGA fan btw
Just be alittle careful with the three ring gasket. Maybe only insert while hot in the beginning until the rings stretch alittle. This is assuming its a more snug fit, some variance here but from what im seeing, most solo stems are alittle snugger.

What is the fastest charger to buy for the batteries? I have 2 batteries, but I'm using the hell out of it and need to buy some more batteries and a really fast charger. Being able to charge in the car would be a nice option, but not necessary. Thanks everyone.

Regular, shorty, turbo, or turbo shorty?

I still haven't gotten my air in the mail but I'm 99% sure I'll be ordering a GonG, what's the popular opinion on the version? I already ordered those domed screens so I'm not sure if that makes the shorty less useful. Not 100% clear on the difference with the turbo from the website description, I'm searching through this thread to learn more about it, but the turbo is in stock so I thought I'd post before it's gone.

The XTAR SP2 will charge at 2A and has two slower settings (.5A & 1A). These batteries should take 2A just fine, but that's as fast as I would want to charge them. XTAR has a pretty good reputation and many Li-ion charger options to choose from. They also have a model (WP2s) that will double as a 2.1A USB power bank, but it only charges at .25A / .5A / 1A .

Got 7 full 10 minute sessions on a full battery today and then the red light came on and then started flashing between red and a purplish color, i managed 3 minutes into the 8th 10 minute session before it stopped heating.

This was using only the top 3 heat settings. I never use the lower 2 settings, and only use the green setting for the first couple minutes. Mostly i like 205°C until it stops producing visible vapor and then i up it to 210.

I was surprised i got so much out of the battery. Ill be happy as long as i can keep getting 5 full sessions.
