I just pulled out some more herb to grind, and set it on the desk while I did a couple things on the computer.. after a little time passed, I remember about the herb.. but when I look down it's not there!! I couldn't find it for a minute, but then I turned up stuck on my elbow

I decided to use what was left in the INH last night, so I turned it on and waited a couple of minutes, and got barely any smoke at 5, so turned it to 7. Wispy and lighter than expected, so cranked it to 9, and got a couple of good solid, yet oddly bitter, clouds. I decided to dump the cartridge... and it was empty... which suggested it was time for bed. Via a side trip to Heat Island

I had too much fun yesterday. After a lengthy stay at the amazingly gigantic dog park in Tacoma, we decided to add another two miles to walk around the lake on a day that was the most beautiful unusually warm February day I can recall.
But all that activity really beat me up in a good way, leaving me mostly useless today except to submit some docs to refinance the house and pick up one prescription. Also, I just raised that maybe walking five or six miles might be the reason ive got a blister on my toe.
I ran out of my new favorite oil, so I made a blend of kief, CBD bubble hash, and black tar hash by grinding it to powder in a frozen grinder and then rolling itinto a ball. Warm and relaxing.

We did walked here most of the weekend as well. Kids fishing off docks, a couple of boats out splashing around, and lots of vaping in the fresh air!

i'm still playing with CO2 oil and Alien Moonshine flowers for my CBD allotment.
Tailbone pain has returned, and that is frustrating since it means I have my choice of standing or being in an even more uncomfortable or painful position. I really hate days like this when I really want to be able to do useful things but am unable to really do much of anything beyond taking care of myself. I guess that is really what is the most frustrating at times: that everything, even good things, are at the very least an inconvenience if not a complete pain in the ass and take far longer than they should.
End Rant. I'm going to vape a little more CBD and see if lying down helps.
Edit: just realized that I have a 50:50 chance of having called @killick's spouse a wookie. As my own wife says, I am not a smart man.

Not vaped yet... edibled, yes! and I spent yesterday evening creating a vapor dabbing video (see ENano thread....)

@ChippyMalone Just below and to the left of the little killick is a boulder in the scree slope. It took me what felt like 20 minutes of hard graft to get to that. It was my reward - I could stop and catch my breath just before the last big near-vertical push... which didn't happen. I got to the boulder and it went down the slope like a surfboard! I jumped off and flailed even harder to swim uphill on the avalanching gravel. Now I have a GoPro, but it doesn't get near the same action

I'm so super excited I can hardly contain myself this morning. In 2 hours my biggest excursion since around Christmas will begin. I havent been me than 30 minutes from home for quite some time, and most of that is medical shit, but today is all fun.
A friend is coming over and we are going to my favorite place for breakfast, once freaked on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives:

Then we will drive about halfway to Seattle where we can take a train into the city (I love trains!) where we will meet up with other friends in Chinatown to join in the Lunar New Year's Festival. I've never been to one of these, but have always identified with the Asian Lunar calendar because I've been the New Year's birthday boy on two occasions in the past, but won't Again until 2025.

Today I'm carrying one of those prefilled hash oil e-cig disposable cartridges. My third least favorite way to get medicated, and this cartridge is older and tastes funky from being about half used up. But for the big city, I can stay discrete and not bother the tourists in Seattle. Maybe I'll be lucky and happen upon a nice dispensary up there, but that's not on the schedule and we are going to be with my wife's coworkers, so discretion is important, even in this state, because my wife works for the Feds.

@Enchantre Ok, here's what I found out about the Sheep/Goat controversy. The Chinese word for "sheep" or "goat" is actually a catch-all description for a larger group of animals which have hooves and horns upon their heads, including goats, sheep, and gazelles. If there was a year of the Raptor, it might be interpreted as Hawk or Eagle.
Anyway, I also learned that the dancing dragons are actually lions. We were so lucky to be with someone who knew Chinatown inside and out, because they knew which restaurant we could just go to, sit down for lunch, and wait for the dancing lions to come to us rather than chase them around the crowded festival streets. The food was amazing too! Salty pepper squid was my favorite, cooked so that it was the least rubbery squid I've ever had.
When the Lions came, I ran outside to get a video and was so enchanted when I was filming all alone against the restaurant wall when they all turned and danced right in my face. Afterwards, we got a bunch of photos with them in the restaurant when they came out of the kitchen. If you rub the Lion's head, it is supposed to bring you luck in the new year.
I was able to discretely puff on that funky cartridge in the bathroom of the restaurant. One thing I will not do is be seen in public vaping anything. We saw a lady with a toddler on the light rail train vaping nicotine and literally blowing thick clouds on top of the kid's head. We couldn't believe our eyes!
Later, we went to a big Asian grocery/department store for dessert (Eclairs) and then to the Georgetown neighborhood where our companions drank beer and I wandered around the area since sitting is not so much fun for me. I had fun exploring the trailer park flea market made out of bunches of Airstream trailers converted into little art galleries.
Home now, vaping some delicious CO2 oil and just feeling so good to have had such a full and complete day like I haven't had in several months! I truly appreciate my wife's coworkers who really helped with the driving and coordinating to make this possibel for me.
