FINALLY got the chance to enjoy my Bender again thanks to @k3nd4l. I almost forgot how tasty it was (Bender...cooking...tasty...I know there's a joke there somewhere). Seems like the new hammer rods don't get as hot as the old ones cuz I got three bowls of abv looking like volcano abv (not the extra crispy, almost burnt stuff that I recall getting from the Bender pretty frequently in the past). Could just be my imagination tho.
I would definitely like to try the bender, but it's sold out. THC scientific quoted that there is an herb vaporizer coming soon that is pretty discrete. But I actually like fat bowls and using a lot of flowers for my first draw of the day. Is there a new bender coming out, is G going in another direction with herb vaporizing? Since I have the Persei and core, I would like to purchase just the attachment. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just keep in mind that just like everything else they make, there is a steep learning curve. Comparing these attachments to any other vapes is like comparing a stick shift to an automatic. You get more control & performance but it requires a little more work.

I agree. The learning curve for the hercules 74x was well worth it. Hands down, the best pure portable oil vape out there.

It annoys me that you still run out of oil. If your going to the cannabis cup g I'll trade you meds for uptech products.

Thanks for the offer but G came through and brought me some nice crumble to test with.

Also on side note got some nice Og's from Sun Valley Caregivers in SoCal so if you are ever in the neighborhood drop by. Tell me G sent you the guy who supplies their vaporizers.

I am generally in awe at your releases. Lets hope this is the same.
About to finally jump on the Persei bandwagon...so ill be ready for these new toys!

All I can say at this point who ever has seen it is star struck.

It is something that will further advance the oil market.

Awesome!
Will it be "better" than the herc? taste better? perform better? perform on a different level?
I know the Herc is the King of Oil carts...how will the Alpha compare? obviously cheaper so not as awesome as a Herc.

The Kiss Alpha Centauri hmm not sure how to answer that without giving away design secrets atm.

Think of it as the Alpha cart in its category not the Hercules catagory, There are some details on the webpage that might help you guess but not to much info that will give it away.

The price reflects on what you will get when you purchase the kiss cartridge.

@THC SCIENTIFIC Just shows out of stock for me. I cannot add them to my cart.

I have to take a look at it when I get to the office but it should be up. I'll double check on monday.

And what the hell does this mean?:

Not sure when they will be ready, after production we have to do the packaging and manual at the same time.

But that little code is something to think about as to why it's called the Alpha Centauri.

So I bought a globe a while back but I felt like it gave really weak hits. I just put it on my Ohm tester and both coils it came with read right around 2.5ohms. That seems pretty high. Do you guys think I could use it at 7.4v?

Do you have a core? If so try running the Kiss globe at 4.2v. This is the sweet spot from my experience.

Unfortunately, I do not have a core. I'm waiting for the Iris V2 to get in on the variable voltage. But at the 2.5 ohms my globes are reading, at 4.2v I'd only be getting 7 watts of power. That does not seem like much. Does anybody else have the ohm reading from their globes?

4.2v is the highest I would go. A cart reading 2.3 - 2.5 ohms would only be suitable for the 3.7v - 4.2v range. Any more & you'll likely burn it out. You'll need something around 1.5 - 1.8 ohms for 7.4v - 8.2v.

I appreciate the advice. I guess what's confusing me is that all the 7.4v KISS carts I have from up tech read around 2.3 ohms, which is almost the same as the 3.7v globe. Shouldn't they take the same voltage and make the same watts if the ohm readings are the same?
