Shelf life ?

Being that I don't medicate daily, I sometimes have my concentrates sitting around for months. Does age affect a concentrate in any way?

Concentrates will decarb over time. Basically the cannabinoid profile will change (become "stonier") and it will lose terpenes (taste). You can keep cannabis for a long time before it completely loses its psychoactive benefit, but I've noticed significant degradation (mostly in taste) after just a month and half (kept on parchment paper, room temp).

If you're going for longtime storage, I would get an airtight and lightproof container (AL foil and vac seal would work great) and throw it in the freezer.

So when you say 'stonier' you mean the effects are dulled?

An alternate solution is to medicate daily.

Yeah daily medication is an alternative to seriously consider.

Here is my getto setup to conserve my concentrates. I hope it will be good for months of conserving

If I have concentrates I am not going to use soon, I put them in the refrigerator. It slows the degradation of the concentrate significantly. I've stored concentrates for months this way.
