@$un I hope you don't give up on the E-Nano because a, few people have had to use the warranty or have taken advantage of an upgrade program that is completely free and something that is bordering on above and beyond. I'm contrast, if the American company that sold me my Chinese made Firefly discovered a design flaw two years down the road, I cannot imagine expecting them to upgrade my old vaporizer like Andy is doing.
In the end, Andy takes good care of his customers. If you are like me and simply cannot be without this specific device for medical reasons, do what I did: buy two!
Also, we need to step back and remember that is OK for skilled artisans to run their cottage industry businesses not a bit like like Amazon or Target.
