Wisdom Teeth Removal = Not so bad?

So I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and had tons of AVB left over because I'm not a fan of eating it, generally. Threw it in my Nutribullet with some cookies and cream ice cream, a weed cookie, and all my AVB (2.5 grams, roughly) and I'm doin great. Who says getting your wisdom teeth out has to be a forced t break?

Dry socket is a bitch, I've heard. My wisdom teeth are in and give me no trouble.

I have probably half an ounce of ABV!

I was still combusting when I had mine out, and I smoked the day after. I had all four out at oncez never got dry socket but I was packing bowls really loose so there was no resistance and I would take small hits. Lots of water in between. I still had cotton balls in my mouth takin tokes. never took any pain pills other than an occasional ibuprofen

Should have your arches expanded and then there may have been space for the wisdom teeth to erupt properly.

Modern lifestyles and diets (soft) have caused our maxillas and mandibles to underdevelop resulting in less space for teeth. thats actually the main cause of crowding

Expansion would have been best for overall health (believe it or not), your bite, and facial aesthetics (believe this! or not)

Not widespread knowledge right now, and a lot of orthodontists/dentists still believe in the very old fashioned methods i.e extraction, and their pride gets in the way of developing /learning new methods

For wisdom teeth its still sometimes necessary but anyone considering extractions of any other teeth should look into arch and palate expansion, maxillary anterior growth appliances etc

I had mine taken out when i was 16, two were impacted and had to be chiseled out. They gave me nitrous and I was so terrified by how much I loved the high that I swore off drugs for about 8 years. I'm still catching up on time lost

Mid 80's. Had all four extracted. Got a couple of dry sockets which was aweful. Only consolation was the narcotics that I was given after he went back in and worked up the dry sockets.

I remember the nitrous, and the sensation of having these massive teeth ripped out of my head....

It was April 19th I was around 17 years old and had to have my 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled. They put me under and it was a quick and simple process. At the time i smoked cigarettes and budz daily. Knowing that chance of dry socket I chose to give up cigs on 4/20 and picked the herb. I had no issues other than chronic laughter from my friends bc my cheeks were so swollen. I did us the vics they gave me as well for pain. I guess I was lucky to develop dry socket but at the time I was young and only cared about indulging with friends to celebrate the holiday and freedom of not being oppressed for using an herb. I wouldn't recommend smoking or vaping at all but if u keep everything clean u might be alright.
