Fuck Arizer! I ordered 2 replacement batteries and a new Aroma tube. The Aroma tube arrived broken and instead of handling it professionally. An Arizer employee took it upon themselves to lecture me on how to handle glass and explained that glass was not covered by warranty when I had already explained the aroma tube arrived broken. Still, Arizer haven't been clear on replacing the broken part or fixing their mistake. If you have a problem with Arizer BEWARE they will worry about themselves first — before you, their customer.

All I wanted to know was if they would correct their mistake. It is beyond frustrating Arizer requires so much time to inform a customer they will take care of them in a decent manner.

Can't wait for third parties to start carrying the Air and its accessories.

Honestly, I try to avoid dealing directly with Arizer if I can. When I had the major speed of and lack of heating issue with a Solo (M1C model) and explained it to Arizer, they tried to tell me that the behaviour of my unit was not unusual and that there was nothing wrong with the way it was heating even though CLEARLY there was an issue and then later down the road (surprise surprise), other people started to voice heating concerns with the exact same model. Torontovaporizer.ca also kind of tried to avoid giving me a replacement as well (via stall tactics, telling me to voice my concern to Arizer directly, etc).
Oh well, I am anxious for the release of the Air from a Canadian retailer and despite my experience with Arizer and Toronto Vaporizer, I will buy the Air from Planet Vape.

Ignoring for the moment that there is no such thing as "the exact same model number" (since that's not a model number to start with....), I'm struck that Arizer refused to service it? You offered to mail it to them (at your expense, as the warranty agreement says) and they refused to look at it? Very disturbing indeed, and I think unique? Most report good CS support. Anyone else have them refuse to comply with the warranty agreement?

I suspect they see advice like 'the behavior of my unit was not unusual and that there was nothing wrong with the way it was heating' was aimed at preventing you returning it for no defect. Lots of folks report sudden changes for the worse (who ever reports it suddenly getting better?), almost (if not all) traced to changes in herb or technique. I don't recall a single case where normal heating (cycling at temperature) was the cause of troubles. Does anyone?

Deals with Dealers are another matter, they may agree to give you a replacement on demand (or not), but as I see it Arizer never did. Their offer is on the 'repair or replace at our option' theme. Having been 'on the other side' (running CS operations) I'm biased on this to some extent, but think they may actually have been trying to resolve your problem? Did you offer to send it back for inspection/service?

I hope it got resolved. I think you're right, if your want extra service get the Solo from those famous for it, PIU and PV come to mind. Otherwise I think it's unfair to try to hold Arizer to more than the contract specifies?

In the end, IMO Air (and Solo) are too good to miss out on.

Hi again vapers.
Seems like people are getting different stems with their Arizer Air.
Mine came from PIU and it's the short stem with mouthpiece, and slightly longer straight stem.
Here's what I got with mine:

Just wanted to say, I love the short straight one for my PNWT.
Anyhow, so, seems like many people are getting other stems. Care to share ?

Isn't that normal? I recieved mine today from Randy and received a stem with tip, and mini solo-ish stem. Just as you pictured

I received mine with a short glass with black plastic tip , a medium glass w/ plastic tip and the all glass stem which wont fit in my air as it is to tight. Purchased after the black friday sale direct from Arizer. Does anybody else have trouble getting the all glass stem in there air ? Mine will not fit unless preheated and its a very tight squeeze , i don't use it bc it will stretch out the o-rings .

I guess it would be foolish to ask if you use screens?
@Slow Draw McGraw , ha ha, no, I haven't begun the trials and tribulations of screening my Air.... however, I HAVE noticed my material is only vaped by 3/4 from the end... so now I'm thinking to put in a domed screen to reduce the volume, fill up that little space thats left mainly green.

Hello everybody!

I'm expecting to get my air in the mail within the next few days, so in anticipation, I was watching some videos about it and I saw something that I haven't seen before.

In vapefiend's video, they use a vertical bubbler named the "budget bubbler" on the air and it looks so cool!

I tried to get one, but unfortunately they are based in the UK and I'm in the US. Does anyone know where I can get one of these in the US? Thanks in advance!

Search for Pinnacle water tool.
Also mentioned here many times as PNWT.
I use one on my EQ, not to mention my new Air.
Not happy with the fit of the black mouthpiece or the straight glass stem in the PNWT, can't wait for my GonG from PV.

Looks like a " look alike " of the PPWT, works well with the short capped Air stem.

Planetvape also has the FBomb, it's expensive. DHgate has the knock off Pinnacle Water Tool. I'm not sure of the quality it's under $20.

I really liked the D020 bubbler with the Air.

I ordered the DHGate knockoff PNWT a couple weeks back. It's in processing in a shipment facility about an hour away, so I'm hoping it'll be here tomorrow! :) I'll let you know what the quality is like. For under $20, if it works, I'll be happy.

For those of you interested in ordering stuff from DHGate, stick with the Sunshine Store if possible. They processed my order and got it ready to ship in a day or two -- the other company was a lot slower to ship and I don't expect the other item to show up for another week and a half or so.

Update regarding the double screen sandwich... I tried out one of the other stems today (both have the slightly larger bowls) and only used one screen on the bottom to hold the herb in place.

I forgot how many little bits get sucked up through the draw holes... Makes the stem look dirty much faster, that's for sure! Very smooth vapor either way.

If you're like me and go for flavour, the larger bowls are probably the way to go. I think the closer you can get to convection, the better the taste will be?

... the quality of the PNWT I got from DHGate is awesome quality, super thick glass, functional 2-level diffusing. Solid. The seller I used was great anyway.
Check my post about the PNWT by clicking here.
I highly recommend it, I use it on the short open ended stem with a #7 O-ring. The O-ring is pretty much a must. Go to local hardware store and get a couple of #7's, 60 cents each.
Let us know how it goes, expect DHGate to take about 14 days minimum.
