I looked at PIU and unfortunately they don't really have much. They carry the battery but no charger, and the battery is the same price as Arizer's. I'll keep looking, thanks anyhow!
Message them! I messaged Randy for a jyarz core and he had it (even though its not on the website)

Found a new screen to try in the stems...pre-formed bowls/domes that fit perfectly in the Air/Solo stems:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200981331675?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

Not the cheapest screen, but the fit is great and you can buy in larger quantities for a lower unit cost.

Thanks. Looks worth a try for sure. I hope they solve the 'won't stay down' problem with the Air stem, look ideal for Solo?

I've got some coming, we'll know in a few weeks.......

Yah, but. You can buy 10/$1 @ LHS, form them yourself to fit....

Not the same thing at all, IMO. This is an ongoing problem, I just bought some e-nano screens which sort of work (they're about a buck each). If these heavier, stamped and shaped screens do it at a buck each is OK by me. They will last basically forever since you can flame them clean.

I'm all in favor of cheap, we typically buy 100 at a time around here for under five bucks. I have 3 sizes of such here, all very fine mesh (which is OK).

I was able to get it to stay flat. Was a bitch but here is how I did it. Traced around a solo stem (slightly larger). Took template and taped it to a larger course screen, I think it might be from the SSV (dont think its as flexible as ebay screens I use). Cut screen along trace. Slowely trimed it down to where it was alittle too big. Then I used the end of a sharpie to shape it over the air stem opening. Then flip it over and got it flush with the stem floor. I slowly and evenly pushed the middle down, this provided the fiction necessary and its in really good now lol.

Pictures incoming (phone is charging).

Thanks. Laying flat I managed although in a slightly different way. I put one (outward facing) domeed screen in with a inward facing one over the top of it. Mashing the dome of the larger one flat forced the lot to dig in on the walls above the corner. It's OK, but I'm still looking for a dome, I want it all. My idea is the ideal distribution is to take the center out of the load so it's closer to the hot part.

The high flat top e-nano screen is doing this well, in fact I think perhaps nearly ideal with it's flat top just shy of the oven floor, but the sucker keeps coming out........

The quest continues, there's an answer out there somewhere. Too bad, three cent 5/8 screens domed over the handy Sharpie work so well in Solo but not here. Still the forces of goodness and right will prevail.

I dont have a dome more like a bump lol. For my usage it works well (I like the capacity).

I am pretty sure this is an EQ screen (can someone please confirm?)

Size is really important from what I see. Here it is vs a trace of the short arizer air stem (its slightly domed in the picture but should give you an idea)

When working it in I focus on the middle and edges. If you find the frayed edges start bending upwards just flip it over and start again, those edges bent downwards looks much better and more importantly provides friction.

Thanks, I find that too. With some fiddling getting it flat and stuck in is possible, at least for a while. Digging out the spent load with at toothpick seems to dislodge it sooner or later, even with some build up of concentrate to help. OK if you want a screen, but if you're also trying to reduce the bowl volume or (as I am) reshape the load mass it's not so successful I think.

My latest attempt has the volume down to about 1/3. That is the same bud that loads about 200 mg in the stock Air stem (longer plastic top one) is about 80 mg in this one. More important to me the entire load tends to cash at once. Since it's confined to a 1/8 or so thick disk opposite the oven bottom with very light screen backing it up. Fast, uniform reheating is the key here I think. But what once was a slowly tapering production running past 10 minutes, leaving a partial session issue, it now vapes completely (or nearly so) in less than 10 minutes, more importantly it runs 'full strength' to the last hit or two then stalls fast. Now, if it would just stay put through load changes.......

Yeah, I've heard that.......

I use two flat dome screens , "back to back." The edges of both are pressed outwards to make it bigger and a tight fit into the stem. Pressing down with something that fits inside (end of a screwdriver here), then placing the second one on top. It catches under the ridge and since it's pressing outwards at the edges the pressure keeps it there. If you're trying to move the center out of the load, use a big screen and use something small and sturdy to press a spike out in the screen, then form it around the inside of the stem with the spike poking out. Kinda looks like a sombrero. This one took me about 15 minutes to make. Very scientific.

Thanks. I did basically the same thing but with the screens 'mouth to mouth', lower one inside the upper. I'm trying to avoid screen between the load and the heat, at least for now. The flat top e-nano screen I'm using with the skirt straightened out has a narrow 'wedge shaped gap' around the edge that I really like. It's too narrow for ground herb to get in but exposes a lot of screen surface so it doesn't foul very fast at all. It's just to frail to stay put. I dislodge it every time I change loads. Closer but still not. Maybe Sinclue's screen will save the day?

ok Arizer answers me and Namaste is not an authorized retailer....

Good to know, glad you checked, thanks for posting.

Ordered from NV, now I`m wondering if everything is ok with the Unit... Looks like the real One. It works like the others, from what I had read here.

Is there any kind of a Logo or something from arizer on the Air?
S/N looks also fine for me A120B...

Damn, so I remember talking to Arizer 1.5 years ago or so and they told me about a new vaporizer in works, this one looks great and I really dig the replaceable batteries!
I would own a couple of batteries for a rainy day...

As a solo fanatic (well ex unfortunately :( ), I wonder how is the Air compares to the Solo?
In terms of vapor quality ...

I checked on alibaba and other site, I don't see fake AA, maybe it doesn't exist yet but how explain the price on namaste (184€ !!!!) ...?
Should I buy it or not, that is the question....

If you have the patience, the price should go down somewhat.

While you are doing that, however, the Air jocks will be buzzing by.

What the hey, we only go around once. Buy, I did.

My air is from namastevapes and i dont believe it to be fake either, it works perfectly fine, im sure you could run a serial number through somewhere to check authenticity?

Also the price of €184 is not too unbelievable as thats around $210 which is only $50 cheaper than the offcial arizer website

prolly I should keep my butt out of this, but IIRC, Namaste had an issue or two in their dealings
