Used Lotus w/ WPA and Stem + Lighter

I'm looking for a used Lotus with the water pipe adapter and a stem (preferably long, but short will also suffice). A lighter will also be necessary (preferably one full of butane). I need a cheap, portable, lighter-driven vape and I'd rather pay a few extra dollars for one of these than a VapMan or VaporGenie.

Edit: Bought a new one instead. So much for patience.
