Best Vape for Dry Herbs+Concentrates?

I'm looking for a good vaporizer that can vape dry herbs and concentrates. My budget is around $100. Any really new vaporizers that fit this?

The factors I'm considering are:
Low to non-existent amount of smell (during use and after)
No combustion at all
Safe materials
High amounts of vapor

I was going to get a Haze because of the overwhelming amount of positive reviews but $250 is one hell of a price...

I just picked up a new vape kit by a company called Cloupur. It has the usual bits - chargers (wall and USB) a battery, a herb chamber, an oil chamber, and 3 herb coils and 2 conc coils. And a bunch of other spares. The guy at the shop said it was a popular kit - they've gone through quite a few in a short time. It cost $85. I've not used it yet, but expect it to be OK for the price. Plus spares seen to be plentiful. Is also quite stealthy in its own black and chrome way...

But I like it!
I just put the herb bits on it. Will maybe give it a shot tomorrow. Apparently it works well, and the chamber even has an 'ejector' button to dump the load out, so no tool required. I didn't get it for the herb capabilities, but might give it a shot for giggles...

There are a few reviews on bob tube, although the two I watched both said this is more combustion than vape for herbs...

How is it not?

@killick I would just get a vape pen for wax/shatter but it's like 60 for a gram. I could get a q of fire for that price. I wanna be able to get smacked every day haha

I'd forget the concentrates for now and find a good budget vape for herbs. Imag, Flowermate, Titan etc are all in your price range and get the job done. Which one is the best for you I don't think can be answered by anyone but you.
