Sounds like issues with the intake hole are increasing. MagicFlight should jump on my idea I had a while back. Even if not a lot of people use it, it could be a cool accessory.

After spilling nearly half a trench through the air vent on my box, I came up with an accessory that could greatly benefit the MFLB. A removable clip/vent that is attached on the rear of the box. It would hold the box completely closed, while still allowing function. There would be a hole allowing a battery to still be inserted, and there will be a "pin" that goes in the existing, formerly useless, manufacturing hole. When a battery is inserted, it pushes the pin out, allowing a flap to open, and you can use the MFLB like normal. When you remove the battery, it closes back and your herbs are safe from spillage. I wish I had some engineering skills so I could make it, but hopefully these pics of a crappy paper model are good enough for someone more experienced to take the reigns.

Did you put the silicon sleeve on your Tamer Vito? I leave mine on all the time.
Yes I did!
It worked great... wonderful innovation on your part, and great find.
I do not leave it on, as I experiment with the tamer on all of the vapes!

Vitolo,

I asked the same thing a few pages back, though Im sure its been discussed before.

Anyone feel free to chime in, just let us know what batteries you use, the charge rate you use, and if possible, how long that charge takes (after discharging)

I use only 2700's

I dont really know what the "best" is but I discharge @ 700 and charge @ 800. For no particular reason :D

I discharge about every 3rd charge or so, if not every other charge. Batts are super fresh all the time tho!!

I keep discharged spares ready to charge for times when a friend will be vaping with me on the go. I'll just charge them the night before. If im doing an overnight charge I do em @ 500

I'm working on a C-9000 video for you guys too. Should have it up Monday.

So my battery got stuck again but this time instead of being full power, I guess it backed out a little cause the pushback ring, but was still making contact cause the light was lite, but dim.

I decided to just try to do a continous draw instead of my usual pulse/sipping. I got a huge tastey hit, got me thinkin about that PA :brow:

The dim light happened to me too when my box was new.

I also tried the continuous slow draw for the first time the other day. Shocked me actually. It had never even crossed my mind before.

I cant wait for the new video, JD
Im still getting used to using this new charger

and I always used a slow continuous draw, and recently I have been sometimes take a fraction of a second to remove the box from my mouth(more like the motion of re adjusting your mouths position on the native Box) and inhale some fresh air and repeat that a few times each hit, not exactly the short quick sipping that you instruct in your videos.

I got videos of the long draw and detailed PA/Batt hitting coming up too as well. Lot of shit in the works :brow:

Yes....
I just went back through this thread and found well over a dozen ideas and pictures people have posted about carrying cases. Go to the beginning, and thumb through this thread! :)
This one is a Vatra Case.. the "Rocket" model. It is sold online.. I paid 3.95 at my local head shop.

I have a similar case to that one Vito shows^
Its also Vatra but its the coffin case, its slightly larger in a few areas and works perfectly to hold the Box plus the 2 battery holder. It works amazingly well and is so easy to pack up and take with you

so this worked pretty well, I didnt expect to be getting huge hits but it was fun, it was not cumbersome because the Box could stay attached to the adapter, as shown above. my favorite part is that I didnt have to use any plastic! I mean the stem it comes with doesnt add any taste really but most tubing does, and besides the box it is all glass! I also might get better hits with more practice.
when I hit it I just tilt the tube so the box is level.

thoughts?

Please tell me how you did this and what you used, it looks absolutely awesome....PLEASE HELP! I want that!! :D

I have a question i use my LB in the car with the power adapter but im having a problem whn i try to push the button a for a second hit i get a very dim light and i have to take it out and put it back in for every hit to get a good connection. I have tried this with and without the push back ring in and my LB is a new replacement as well as the PA is new as well. Any ideas Thanks

just received my beautiful new launch box :D

while i am sad that my old box is gone, i must say this new one is a whole lot prettier grain wise, and the little ball catch is great!

i dunno what everyone else was complaining about, my lid is completely flush with the box, no space for herb to fall through.

Cigarette lighter adapters can be unstable. I would suspect that immediately. Try the PA and LB in the house....
work better?
