Ahhh cool. Reminds me, gotta orders spare Teflon ring.
Enjoy your new device! Great feeling getting back a unit that's functional.
Plus the taste you get after an absence and or having used different vapes in the interim.

Edit: I'm gonna test the hell outta my Ratchett cap covers tonight though tomorrow and give my impressions.
Photos of course.
There is definitely scope for modifications for many different usage setups. I think I can even incorporate the hermes adaptor and use the cap cover as a ways of having a more secure fitting than below. We'll see.

Is the spare Teflon ring in case you break it? I have a hard time believing it's possible !i too need to order from the MV website. My one flexi is looking rough. The damn pricing is killing me though. And that's coming from a guy who has a herbalizer lol. I noticed there is a small small hairline crack in my MV lid/cap.
That's 50 right there...
Oh well it's worth it in the end.im just trying to justify the price with my grumbling.
I wonder if there are any plans for a new vape in Hermes future ? I've had an idea mulling in the noggin for a couple weeks.
How about a smaller slimmer version of the MV , like arizer did with the solo/air.
Holy Shit imagine a pocketable minivap:o
And user remove able batts :whoa::bowdown::luv:
Maybe one day
Happy vaping everyone :)

Hi,
limited computer use for awhile as we just rented in AZ for a couple monthsand no wifi :(

I'll be helping new MMJ patients in my homestate and they cannot use flowers. Concentrate use.
The mV is a super miser/super efficient piece with bud.
Is it the same with concentrates??
State is giving duo-opoly to two producers and estimates are the average MMJ user cost might be $500 per month----can you say ripoff....

I am hoping the mV can save these folks some big $$$.

Any comments/experience GREATLY appreciated by me !!!

P.S. for a non-techy, what options/inexpensive are available for getting temp wifi??
Sent from a McDonalds lol

If you have a smart phone you may be able to call your carrier to hook it up as a mobile hotspot.

Another opion would be to purchase a separate hotspot device and use that on a monthly data plan or possibly pay as you go.

@MinnBobber , wow that sucks for that state. ALL MMJ PATIENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO GROW THEIR OWN MEDS!! That Pisses me off. All these Fucking states trying to SCREW patients!! Most of whom are terminal & or on fixed incomes(disability). Arrrrggghh

I'm lucky that my state lets us produce our own medicine:)

Still waiting for my Green Teflon Minivap to be shipped. They claimed that there were another firmware update for new temperature control so I'm still without it... bummer

Do you think if I drive with my minivap and use a herbie whip, it would be conspicuous? Sometimes I have long drives for business and my lower Back aches. The minivap will be in my cup holder, which can not be seen, by other drivers.

I don't want to be a buzzkill, but in your position I would confirm the legality of driving under the influence of certain medications. I would also confirm that with my insurance company.

The last thing I would want is some clown crashing into my car, only for the liability to fall on me because I was operating my vehicle outside the Ts&Cs of my insurance agreement.

I totally understand you. I would not want a heavily medicated novice to drive under the influence. I would be responsible and I know how my body reacts with flowers. This also doesn't imply solely active driving. When I take breaks, I hop in the car and take a few draws.

But I like it!
I'm sure it work very well. I used to put my NO2 in a MacDonald's large drink cup, with the whip coming out the straw hole. Now my Inhalater is in my pocket all the time (all the time unless its turned on :) . the MV will be the portable house/yard vape, and HI has a prominent spot right beside the PC/stash cupboard.

Sorry to hear that @I.b.vaping, what problems have you had?
What`s happend my friend ?
Hi everyone :shrug:so got my first unit and it wasn't working from the start! Got my second unit and was all good(awesome bit of kit) until It ran out of battery! Stuck it on the dock twiddled about with it so it sat properly (very small connections) and the light on the charger stayed green! I then pressed down on the battery and the light went to red, all good apart from I don't fancy standing their for however long it takes to charge! I got the full kit so thought I would try the power adapter! Not good! Connected power adapter to mv put the lead in turned it on, so far so good! Loaded a basket put it in the flexicone and attached lid! Mv upto heat so picked it up and it switched off! Repeated the process several times and same thing happened. Phoned vapefiend and they went through it all with me and ended up sending me a new charging dock a new lead and a power adapter, so I then could try and work out what bits faulty.? Must say if anyone in the UK needs to buy a vaporizer, they should really try vapefiend! Awesome bunch of guys. So received all my new bits and tried to figure it out, you wouldn't believe it! Same thing! To charge the battery once again I had to put a socket set on top of the battery to charge it! Tried the power adapter and same thing! So I sent it back, while waiting for vapefiend and Hermes to talk to each other about the problem I kind of couldn't help but lose confidence in the unit! I couldn't help thinking wow what a great vaporizer but all the other components are shit to be honest which is a shame because really really love it! My head was all over the place so I asked to exchange it for a volcano! Which will last me years.... But don't worry I'm not a traitor! Not going to slag it off! I will keep my eye on what the company does it the near future and keep listening to what's going down on the thread ... Hope this all makes sense :clap:

Good on you @I.b.vaping, what a great attitude, you can only speak as you find and you've had a nightmare run of bad luck with the MV and I don't think anyone can blame you for bailing out, you're right about Hermes it's a transient time and they're working hard to improve the product but maybe not the best time to order, I think within a week or so they'll be sorted, although your problems are really weird and the chances of all of that gear not working is so minute, unlucky! And yes Vapefiend really is a quality supplier that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

So, Vapornation and I finally conversed on the phone yesterday with regards to what's up with my replacement.......I think someone else said it already, but was confirmed that they are still waiting for the newest shipment from Hermes and appears are not shipping anything from existing inventory. They were guesstimating at least a week or two before receiving updated units. Now, are these going to be Teflon or glass or maybe both....that they couldn't answer. I'll cross that bridge in the near future.

Back to waiting.....sucks, especially since the replacement process is going on near a month. Sorely missed let me tell ya.

Ah... good to know. I dropped mine off last Thursday and haven't heard anything since. I emailed and left a VM, but I'm guessing this is why they're in no hurry to respond.

Just fyi I got my first silver and white MV in mid November and got my silver and black one (replacement) on Monday. The second was not only a different color but the cap was different too. Both had the teflon core. New one seems to be working so much better so none of this makes sense.

Who knows what they are doing. Unfortunately I'm losing some confidence in @VaporNation based on how long my exchange process took on my MV and the fact that they sent me a Swagger Side Car loose in a box with a bunch of other crap. No extra box and just thrown in loose with a little bubblewrap wrapped around it. Delivered via UPS and I think everyone knows how they care (or don't care) for their packages. I recieved this yesterday and of course it was broken so now wondering how long until that gets replaced.

The fact that you just got one is why I wanted to talk to them sooner rather than later. And as I said in one of my latest posts was that when I talked to them about a week or more ago they said I was going to be shipped an in stock gold unit...only when I challenged/asked if that was from the newest batch did I get the 'we'll have together back to you on that' which they now have with the answer I already posted. So they have inventory on hand apparently, and appears some are being shipped:hmm:??....or not anymore. No idea actually. I just made it clear that A) I want a unit from the latest batch and B) I want to be kept in the loop with what's going on, not left in the dark.

Time will tell.

I feel for ya @scottg402. Vapornation seems to always come thru but shipping and return process is painstaking to say the least.

To everyone using herbalizer whips, I find that most sites charge about $20 for a single whip. Planetvape has a 3 pack for $23. Time to purchase.

Yeah, I think your post was what prompted me to drop off mine. I was hoping I would be able to pick up a replacement this week. Unfortunately, I got a VM message yesterday afternoon saying the same thing they told @Smknbud -- they're expecting a new shipment at the end of January or start of February and aren't shipping anything from current stock until then. Looks like you got in just under the freeze!
