I wish you'd mentioned this earlier, because now I retract my bet that you didn't learn how to use it. This is exactly how a cool LB behaves. Go to your friend (the one you gave the LB to) and get him/her to try the test for a cool box:

4.14 How can I tell if my Box is running too cool?

Based on the new informaton you posted, I would be surprised if it doesn't fail, and is therefore eligible for a warranty replacement. I wouldn't want to have a second person turned off of the LB for a problem that can be rectified easily.

JD: Nice videos as always, but the second one has the audio disabled for copyright reasons. I'm not sure how much it matters, since it is pretty self-explanatory. I suspect the audio was mostly or totally music anyway.

JD, I "roll" mine too, but I find it will roll better if you tap underneath the box about where it says "always" in the inscription.

In my experience people with high tolerance have trouble getting very medicated with the box.

I disagree. I've been using herb damn near everyday for the last 15 years and a trench of some nice buds will rock me. It rocks me more than my other vapes.....

JD, that is because the MFLB consistently vapes all of the cannabinoids out instead of just the low temp ones first. I do get more of a body high from the MFLB than I do from other vapes. That said, the longer you smoke the more your tolerance will drop. It is how much you smoke that raises it.

To be honest, I just think most people are light weights compared to me. I had one good experience with it after not burning for a full day but the high lasted 30 minutes - and it was nowhere near as potent as combustion.

I don't use the stuff to get a buzz or a head adjustment, i use it to get high, to get f'd up. The MFLB just fails to do that.

Yes, I did hold the vape in my mouth as I do when smoking a J. I'm not a novice here.

My friends go on endlessly about it and use it the same way I do, they love it, they also have half the tolerance I do.

The MFLB is just not a replacement for combustion or a high quality vaporizer. So to me, it's a waste of money.

Calling us Light weights compared to you is probably not the right way to start a conversation considering that most of on here have been users for a loooong time and prior to Vapor we all hit bongs, gongs, blunts, joints, and occasionally home made sh!t that clouded our lungs. Secondly, at one point when I first got into this forum I had mentioned that the LB I had had was nothing more than a paper weight and I too didn't get why so many people loved the device. Just like everyone is telling you they told me I was either doing something wrong or my LB was defunct! Well guess what, I bit my tongue and contacted the manufacterer and sure as sh!t my charger and batteries were no good! Needless to say, I the putz who was about to write the box off as crap now carries my LB everywhere with me. I love the stealthiness, the taste, and if you pull it right it hits pretty sweet.

Now, if your trying to get milky hits or replace a hard hitting pipe than its not for you. It cant even be compared to a volcano, it would be like comparing a mustang to a ferrari...although both are sports cars they both serve a very different purpose. I had volcano digital with solid valve and at first I loved it. The thing is built like a tank, its reliable, its fast, and honestly it reminded me of Amsterdamn but frankly I got tired of bags only and sold it. If your looking for a hard thick milky cough producing hit than I would look into the following: The Arizer ExtremeQ, The SSV, The Cloud, or possibly the budda...they all have done me right in the past. I also must disagree. I've been using cannabis for almost 27 years, and I have no problem getting fully medicated with the Launch Box.

Vicki, I dont mean to pick you out of the crowd here, but having used for many years does not mean that you have created a high tolerance for yourself, though it could!

I find people with high tolerance generally have less patience using such devices, but that they could master it and get high with it if they worked at it.

I agree 100% but maybe you misread vicki...she was using herself as a comparative and she said she disagrees with eddy. She was showing that tolerance has nothing to do with it...lol

Ive been a pothead for 23 years and my LB gets me stoned with no trouble.

I now am disabled-
I Vape ALL day...
Stopped combusting
like it better this way.

So... no breaks in use

Guys, that is why I said in my experience. Everyone is different. Personally I have a very high tolerance and huge thick clouds are just about the only thing that works for me. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

If you are looking for a hard hitting portable, consider the Vapor Genie ss bat. It hits like a truck, is indestructable and can carry loaded in your pocket. It is also affordable.

Oh I'm good at hitting it and can get some nice rips. Plus I have the 2700 batteries and the ABV herb looks just like it does out of my da buddha. I'm still going to keep it, I just won't use it that much.

Tolerance could be an issue but the mflb with a lil patience gets me totally to here i wanna be. I would suggest you need a bigger hitter. those other vapes i mention below might suit you better.

this device is an absolute rock star. it gives you little indiscreet stealthy hits that taste fuckin great! tiny tiny sips are the key imo to getting this device rockin.

dry throat is an issue with vapin, but i just keep a glass of water on hand. problem solved for me.

i would suggest you try a big hitter like the supreme or SSV/DBV before you give up on vapor all together. those can all be had for around the 200 dollar mark and should do the trick for ya.

you need to hit it a slowly as you can possibly breathe. tiny tiny sips to get that little box of vapor out. but give it time to refill the box before you take another sip. with stock batteries i suggest waiting 4-5 seconds before you take your first rip. you should see vapor will the chamber on the first rip, but you might not get any more visual ques after that.

I prefer micro hitting personally.

plug the battery in, wait 4-5 s. take a sip and wait another 3-4 sip again and repeat until my lungs are full. hold it in for a bit and release.

is your herb changing colour? it should be turning brownish.

this is how I hit it and it seems to work the best. Put the battery in let the vapor reach the end of the stem and then clear the box, then shake and repeat until YOU are done. I usually take like 8 or those rips but damn is it hard to hold my breath that long lol.

That's one of my main techniques as well. Depress the battery, hold until the vapor fills the stem, draw on the box (slowly!) until the vapor production drops off, shake (while continuing to hold the battery in) and draw again. I can get massive hits doing this.

One of the keys to using the box efficiently is to watch the vapor buildup in the stem and in the box itself. Another critical technique is to pay attention to the level of heat coming out of the stem into your mouth. You know you're drawing too fast if the flow feels too cool and too slow if it feels too hot.

I'm so happy, yesterday my little mflb reached me after a month! I went out the evening, and took it with me. Proudly showed it to a bunch of mates, they were all impressed by the size and taste, although I was the only one getting decent vapor using Vito's sipping technique
I already love it, can't wait for Ed's stem and butter.

Yea you can get it quite fine if you go to work with that little grinder! I have that same one as well.
Easy to dump right into the trench, that gets some +portable points

I've had the MFLB for a few months now, and I've finally decided to try the "micro hitting" technique. I watched JD Supreme's video for tips, but I don't seem to have the right technique. I definitely thicker clouds, but whenever I release my mouth from the stem I'm losing some precious vapor. I didn't see this happen in the video, so can anyone else give me some tips?
