Here's my Steven update..
Instead of replacing the recycler bong that I have gotten 2x broken over the last 3 months, he suggested I use glass glue to fix the leak (after first asking my to buy something new again, for the same piece). He also never sent me the free dubbacino he promised me (though he did send me some really nice tea). As much as I would like a fc-186w, i think im done. This is just too flakey and I cant believe I never got a working recycler bong for my 80 bucks.

I can confirm this seller has great craftsmanship, I'm working on building a relationship with them right now. They designed this stemline to crystal ball from a picture I sent them.

I should have a picture or it might actually be listed on their page in the next couple days. Another potential vendor besides Steven working with us is very exciting and I'm hoping more people will order from them to get their transactions and reputation up.
I think what will make those two stemline to crystal pieces perfect is a bent neck, instead of straight.

That is exciting indeed! How quickly did they produce that stemline crystal ball? Have you actually received it? What did you send them in order for them to reproduce it? Have you or anyone else here actually received any piece from this seller yet? They only have two transactions... How's their english? Sorry for all the questions

They produced the stemline crystal ball in 2-3 days. The only functional problem I see is it's a downgrid stem when it should be an upgrid to help the bubbles stack up to the ball, and the mouthpiece (which will both be changed if this piece should go into production). A little background.. I ordered this piece on their original account, glassbongs. http://www.dhgate.com/product/2014-new-design-glass-bongs-water-pipe-with/214965761.html , they also had a pillar knockoff and hitman sundae cup on that account. I received the piece broken but the glass was super thick (the box looked like someone had stomped on it), I asked for no uptake tube on the replacement with a plan/mockup picture attached.
Their english isn't the best but they've been communicating sufficiently, they understand our relationship with steven and they seem to be very good at replicating/ going off the plans to design pieces. They have made some wonky designs without guidance though lol! I'm still skeptical about their shipping because I got a refund instead of the prototype replacement so I haven't got a piece from them yet.

The inline joint tube is connected to a half Showerhead welded to the bottom. That's what will cause the bubbling. The tire thing isn't connected to the inline joint tube so it won't even work as a perc
it will just be there to break up the bubbles which isn't what you want with a recycler. You want it to be able to stack bubbles up to the uptake tube.This thing would actually possible be really cool if the inline joint was connected to the tire. That would be some crazy amounts of diffusion. However, during a normal pull with a vape or nail attached only maybe 10 or so holes will actually be producing bubbles, unless you take quick big pulls.
I hope building a relationship with them works out
looks like they have a lot of potential and skill.

A reducer adapter can easily be added to an 18mm joint and keck clipped in to add almost 0 extra height or fragility...
An expander always adds more height and fragility to the connection
@beastcoast , this caught my eye while looking at the glass he offers, his pieces look to be of the highest quality I have seen for Chinese glass, any thoughts on this recycler, and its perc.

It doesn't look like it would vortex. The empty chamber on the bottom would bother me. That perc looks overly hard to clean.

What pieces are good to use with vapes that have a slow, moderately resistive draw(flowermate v5.0s for example)? Is one perc type better than another for this?

That seems so weird because my experiences with him were great. Earlier in thread I was saying how great his customer service was during my orders. A recent example is when my 2 dabachinos arrived one had some cosmetic sandblasting issues. I let him know he shipped one out to me without having to buy anything or pay for shipping etc. I don't understand the inconsistencies. I also explained to him that in a 3 or 4 hole diffuser the end should be closed and was not happy that mine were open. We had conversations about how he goes about improving percs and new designs as well. It just does not add up or maybe he is too busy and or understaffed?

I'd suggest a piece with low resistance as to not add more to your experience.
A slower draw would just mean less action going on inside your water piece. So IMO, a bigger chambered piece would be unnecessary, unless you prefer the volume to "clear" a bunch of vapor.
Hopefully nobody got hurt, which is the most important thing. Things can be replaced, life is lost.
Hope life gets better for ya.

So I ordered a Toro macro knockoff and a double barrel recycler from Kathy on December 29th. The package was marked as shipped on January 5th. I've been tracking the package using the tracking number provided and there hasn't been a single update- it's just blank. I'm just wondering if this is normal. I know it can take around 2 weeks to arrive, so I'm unsure if I should contact Kathy.
