Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

Really frustrated with the cloud evo at this point. I only had one for two months and the glass stem broke from some kind of manufacturing error. Which wouldn't be that big of a deal since they agreed to pay for the repairs but the whole process has tooken a month and it is still be repaired. Just really disheartening to pay a fair amount of money and I've been waiting on the repairs for nearly as long as I had the cloud! Support told me that it was going to be sent out early this past week. So I wait all the way up to Friday hoping that by the graces of God I'll get a update sometime. I get nothing I email support asking for any kind of status update and they respond saying that they are waiting for a shipment of bamboos to come in that they would try to ship it out by the end of the day if possible, sure enough no tracking. number or anything so I'm left to assume it's still being repaired. Ugh I'm just disappointed with the long term value of the cloud now I mean how long before this happens again. I love the product and I believe it out performs volcano the solo and other vapes I've tried easily.

It is the nature of Internet companies to take longer to satisfy an unhappy customer. Communications that take minutes in person become a series of email exchanges that take time to bounce back and forth. I fixed computers for a number of years and getting on the same page as the client took up most of the allotted time. In a larger office you may not be talking to same reps and process gets started over.

I feel your pain. I had to send my unit in for repairs shortly after purchase because of the same cracked bamboo issue. All I can tell you is these guys are on the level and stand behind their product. I am confident they will do right by you, just as they did for me.

I know it's disheartening to pay so much for something, only to have to send it in for repairs. But such issues aren't limited to the Cloud EVO. My new MiniVAP failed after only a month due to a manufacturing defect.

As an aside, the failure of my MV has allowed me to rediscover the joys of the CloudEVO. This really is one outstanding vaporizer! I do wish it were cordless, but now I read VapeXhale is planning a portable unit. Good call!

Yea I mean I understand that there trying and they have been busy with the holidays so I don't blame them too much I just hope that the issue doesn't come up again in another month or two because I really enjoy the product

Whats the deal with quartz nail stock? I haven't seen any in stock in a while, but I only started checking recently because I'm down to my last 2 nails. 1 quartz 1 normal.

How on earth do I let these break? Unfortunately they get very sticky, and my floor is hard where the set up is. Sometimes the top of a nail will stick to skin or the adapter, then fall, bounce break.. :( I could prevent this better with a more expansive set up of course

Been waiting for a little while myself. Watching all the sale codes come and go. Hope there is still one around when they do get in stock.

Of course, there are no guarantees that another problem won't arise; it happens. That said, fwiw I've had 4 Clouds, going back to the original beta. I stupidly broke that first unit. Aside from that, not a single problem since (still have all 3 working fine). VXL has a very good customer satisfaction reputation, going that extra mile when needed. But still at times they do drop the ball in the communication. You always have as a last resort contacting the stonemonkey (although IMHO you want to reserve that as a silver bullet).

Yea I'm just disappointed in the lack of any kind updates. They will tell me something and nearly the opposite happens. Last update was on Friday saying that it was going to ship out either Friday at best and at worst on Monday it's now Tuesday evening no email from customer support telling me of any kind of delay or if it actually shipped out. I just feel left in the dark and that I have to pin down a customer representative to get any truth out of them

I think my Cloud might have just died on me. Whenever I plug it in it goes green, while cold, and adjusting the knob does nothing. Anyone else seen this issue?

Out of curiosity, did you mean Evo, or was it your OG Cloud?

Damn, I was going to pull the trigger on that but have to move out in a few months, maybe they will come out with another hydratube, but that was the one I was eyeing when the holiday sale was on.

It's strange that vapor warehouse sells the EVO with the sidecirc? HT for a much lower price point than the evo site, mainly because of tax and shipping. And I live in California!!!

I have had this a couple of times and it was remedied by setting the dial to the noon position (where you feel the slight click/resistance) and toggling it off and then back on again. This reset it and it started working again.

I never adjusted the pot to noon, but after a while the Cloud started working like normal again.

I'm going to chalk it up to an experiment I was doing nearby that may have interrupted the power to the outlet for a while.

FOR SURE I WILL... IF I REMEMBER LOL. BUT THE E-NANO I'VE TRIED WITH THE STEM & LIKED IT BETTER THEN THE SSV. GONG ON THE WAY.

THINK I FIGURED IT OUT... THE SIDECIRC I BELIEVE IS NOT AS DESIREABLE. ALSO NO VAPE NAIL, HYDRAFOOT, HEATSHIELD, OR BANDS. STILL THO LOOKS PRETTY GOOD!! ALSO VAPEXHALE HAS SALES.

Why is vapexhale having so many sales, I swear I get a weekly email from them saying they have some new sale. This all started before the holiday season and Im just curious why they are trying to push out so many units. Are they selling an adequate amount for their business to keep running smoothly?

I don't think so because of unreliability issues along the way. Idk if it is true but i read they couldn't honor the warranty on the og units or something because they would go out of buisness?

strange, that would suck for those who bought some of the OG units... I might have been one of them but I do not know. I got mine last year in the 4/20 sale they had going on, I am not in possession of it anymore but Im curious to what the original units had wrong with them.

Vapexhale got screwed over by their original manufacturer and couldn't get replacement parts for the original units. That is why there is a warranty issue and why they offered the upgrade discount when the EVO came out.

i went back and a post from seibo or a fake on the vape critic review, he says the og units they made were still ticking but the ones they outsourced had problems and he couldnt replace them all so he offered those ppl to pay $250 for the evo. I just bought a evo but if this happened to me i wouldn't let it slide.

I guess it's a good thing you didn't get an OG then. I do believe it was the Cloud+'s that had the most issues with the wiring to the heaters coming loose.
