School me on traveling with meds

anyone have success taking a vape pen like a e cig, or a thermovape dart in carry on?

Where are you traveling from and where are you going? Some airports have reputation for being nosey, and rummaging through your carry-on. Others are more lax about it.

I didn't take my portable because I wasn't taking flowers. If a TSA agent sees your vape pen, perhaps they'll ask about it, or maybe they will be a fellow vaper, and already know what it is.

I have known people to have success with eCigs which is essentially a vape pen. Although, those successes were in California, maybe you can have similar success other places. Just tell them it's to help you quit smoking.

Cool vid. You mentioned the Kush Cup, so does that mean you traveling from one place where it's legal, to another place where it's also legal?

Because that wasn't the case for me. It's legal in California but not in Georgia. Besides, I didn't have flowers; only edibles. In the beginning, I considered taking flowers, but changed my mind and avoided the unnecessary risk.

That's not me, that's Enrico on the sublimator tour.

I have taken my VIP2 vape pen on a cross-border trip, along with a few capsules mixed in with my usual vitamins. The VIP2 is a simple oil pen, and I have mint flavored oil tincture in it. I was lucky to be on a charter bus, with the usual mass inspection at the border, but my luggage/carryon was checked by three different scanners, at the airport (where we got on the bus), at the border, and then again at the port before we got on the ship. Then, on the ship itself. No problems. Actually saw a few people on board with eCigs, so we just blended in.

If I were flying, I'd probably do without. And suffer.

I just empty a few cigarettes , and fill em up with crushed meds...I use a pen to pack em lightly and carry the pack in my pocket...
Have done that around 1000 times till now

I know this thread has been quiet for quite a while, but I'm in need of some advice. I'll be in LA in a few days and would like to either travel home to Chicago with some candies, capsules, edibles, and possibly other items. I'm wary about traveling with them on the plane, and am thinking about shipping via USPS Priority. I just purchased some Gonzo Bags, and I am considering purchasing a vacuum sealer as well, but am concerned about x-rays and other detection methods. Has anyone had/have experience with this? I'm not sure if the post office x-rays every package. Are there any items that conceal the color or shape of these items well? Is odor the only real concern or has LE upped their detection game? I would be incredibly grateful for any and all advice or tips PM'd to me.

Happy Holidays!

Last day of my trip, really hoping someone can chime in before I leave. All set except for creating a shipping label. I've read that's important but I'm confused how it works. This site has never let me down, PM me if you can weigh in!

Thanks!

I don't think I would risk travelling with actual buds, concentrate I probably would risk it in a carmex jar or something..

Use your best block lettering on your address.
Use your full, USPS address. Look it up on USPS.com. Include the zip+4

What you want is a package that requires NO human intervention. It should be a standard size, scan-able address label in the right spot, no extra markings on the box that need someone to read them (don't use "fragile" or "breakable"), sealed with standard shipping tape. No twine. It is not unusual for shipping boxes to have all open edges "sealed" with packing tape - this is a good idea.

also stash it in something not obvious maybe like something specific from the area you're sending out of?
