Adjustable screens in glass tube

I would like to share an idea I had today (apologies if it has been done before).
I have several vapes that require you to load into glass tubes. I have been fooling with trying to get an acceptable plug screen happening with poor results. Today I had a brain storm thought that involved a spring.

PV you might be able to consolidate some lines with adjustable screens.

OK I am on a roll here, cut a longer piece of spring and a screen at each end and you have a custom cartridge for your log /solo/whatever.

You could sandwich Kind between two screens, with the metal coil holding the screens in its helix.

Voila! You have a lock and load pod! Possibly fashion a six pax pod holder from styro....

Noob to FC, and while perusing the awesomeness of the Forum, I ran into this and WOW! Nice!
I've had my Solo for 2 months and this has been messin' with me!

4tokin, how's it been working? I'm liking the "pod" idea myself.
Me thinks this could affect the "12 minute" cycle... trying to heat up the coil to actual vape temp, and git 'er done in 12 . Maybe just start a notch higher till warm-up...

Wow great idea, I'm making a few of these now to use a pre-loaded enano pods to take to other folks houses. Love the innovation that comes out of this community

Do you know the material that spring is made of?

Usually small pieces of metal like that are regular steel (not stainless)
