I gave that seller a try Bc it was the cheapest price on it and I was in no rush. But like the poster above said , try sunshinestore as a seller , I heard he's pretty quick , it may be a few $ more but I'm sure you'll get it quicker.

Yeah I just looked at his store, and I love it.

I guess in a few days I'll have to get something from him too.

I can't find a 14mm GonG without a metal screen yet, so I may have to wait to get an 18mm set up before I can get my "feet wet"

I guess that's what happens when you rush...

That guy had the exact same piece as well, it looked like. Just a couple dollars more.

Go to the glass forum and look for the joda glass works thread. The user VaPeD&CoNfUsEd will make you a custom blown 18mm or 14mm adapter for your solo at a very reasonable price. Just shoot him a message.

Greetings. Hopefully I am not side tracking this thread by my question :)

I want to purchase my first vaporizer " Arizer Solo". I just went on the website and I see a few different models. Can someone point me to the right one ? I want something solid that will function well and last. I am also willing to pay what I need to for it. I don't want a cheap model to just to save a few dollars.

Can someone please recommend ?

There's basically only one model available new, the only choice to make (aside from where to buy....) is black or silver. I recommend PIU:

@CNYC Go through Puffitup they are a sponsor on FC. No charge for shipping and it's $160 or less. Awesome customer service. You may want the Solo, unless you want strictly a desktop vaporizer a unit that can be used only plugged in, the Extreme Q. You choose what your needs are.

The Arizer Air is relatively new. That might be one that you may consider if you need a portable that is stealth. I would go with the Solo you don't have stealth but you have a portable that is sturdy. Best of all it gives your vapor good flavor.

where you need to be. You can see the @Pipes
Stand on the bottom. Awesome for the bottom
no worry with the chipping and I can charge
the Solo standing up.

Joda Gong 5 days late in the mail...gotta contacts USPS asap n see whassup. Got the O rings , storage caps and stealth adapter from PlanetVape.

O rings work like a charm

Used the Storage caps tn theyre great

The stealth adapter...no way ur supposed to put your lips right to it...i put a little sillicone tube...got some scooby snacks. Not sure how im feeling about it. Anyone use the PV stealth adapter??

You are suppose to attach a straw to the the stealth adapter and use a cup.

Safety 1st, poke lots of ventilation holes in the bottom

I just use the straight Solo stem. It looks like a wide straw, from a few feet away you don't even notice.
I've posted this pic before. This was last summer. I stopped on my way to get a drink at McDonalds so I would have a cup when I got to the beach.

@CarolKing is right, it's meant to have a straw stick to the end of it, the little jagged stem end is meant to pressure fit the straw.

Hmm yea I know that but i didnt think it was strictly for tgat purpose only..i would use the straight stem as a straw for sure...i dont eqt fast food but im going to have to buy a large drink and dump it out haha

During the summer I ask for 50¢ large waters in a big cup. Usually they just give it to me. Keeps me from buying soda or sugar coated juices.
