So, from looking at a bunch of water tests it appears that a significantly higher percentage than normal FCers have Beards. I don't know why that isn't a surprise to me <G> but it IS interesting and mildly entertaining.

So, how many ARE we? I have been bearded most of my adult life. How bout Ya'all?

I grew mine in the Navy in the 80s, and other than a couple of war zones have kept it on ever since. It used to be nicely trimmed before disability kicked in, but today a buddy complimented me on 'going the duck dynasty route'. At least I think it was a compliment...

I have one of those faces that looks young but not necessarily as masculine as I'd like.

I grew a mustache when I was 25 to combat a case of what my wife recently defined as 'pussyface'. We were toasted one evening after I mentioned that it's been a little less than 3 decades since I didn't have a mustache and I was considering shaving it off. She said 'don't do that, you'll look like a baby bird or a pussy'. I responded 'Are you saying I have a pussyface'? That caused us to have one of those MJ induced laughing fits and to this day 'pussyface' is still a thing.

Anywhoo....I recently went a few days without shaving and although my wife likes the mustache my previous attempts at a full beard were not well received. Too brillo pad looking.... but this time around I went with a goatee. She said it made me look like a evil version of myself and that she liked it. Pussyface be damned :D

Thanks Randy for pointing out I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't. So women don't find bearded men as attractive as clean shaven men....I wonder if the clean shaven men in the study were afflicted with 'pussyface' ? Oh well....I guess I'll keep the beard and the wife.

I've said in a nice way that I love his beard, Don't shave it off, it looks so good. Some men look really great with a beard. He has a very small chin. :cool:But no, haven't called him a pussy face. :lol: I need to keep harmony in the family.
