Cure for the vape hangover?

ive found daily dosage of niacin (1 sundown 250mg time released), magnesium citrate, and omega fish oil helps. i call it the fog thinner. did research on which things to take a while ago cant recall specifics on why those three, monster energy drink in a pinch though ;)

Dehydration is the actual culprit, and whether you smoke, vape, or edible your way, processing the goodies uses up internal fluids. Replacement is necessary. If you are running dehydrated, you will have "morning after" issues.

im at about 2.5 gallons a day minimum, kidney stones learned me the hard way. so for me it wasn't about hydration. even when on t breaks ive found the 3 supplements were effective (not a morning person).

Dude, stir 1oz of raw cacao, and 1 tsp maca, 2tbs honey for taste into 7oz of hot water, then chill with ice. The chocolate increases the bloodflow in your body, it feels incredible and tastes incredible. I vape at least a half gram of oil daily, mainly before bed, and get no hangover.

Totally agree with all of this. Also I try to not to vape too late into the night. I know many like to medicate right before bed but I try to stop at least 45 minutes beforehand and or 7-8 hours before I need to wake up the next day. It helps as I need to be switched on for work and I also love feeling fresh headed in the morning if possible. I only wake and vake on days off.
 
Im pretty similar Biohacker. I realize a lot of FC members need to medicate to sleep but for me it helps to be a bit more even keeled. I don't like feeling stoneover effects. It can make me very nauseous and may cause a foul mood as well. It doesn't get any easier as you get older either lol

I definitely need it to sleep, but find leaving some time after last hit to "burn out" to help sleep even more. I basically sleep for 7 hours straight now like the dead and then i'm up!

Going from 2 years sobriety to a few months now of semi-regular medium-light weed vaporizing.. I am very sensitive to the minor after-effects that cannabis use has on me.
If I vape more than 1 gram a day for more than 2-3 days in a week, that week is generally slightly 'cloudier' and my head space feels minorly effected but I can't quite put my finger on any symptoms.. Fuzziness in the morning, scattered thoughts, ultra-relaxed.. etc
Hash before bed makes me wake up as if i'm still high which i'm not complaining about lol
But too many vapes before bed can also leave me feeling drained of my mental-energy the morning after. I totally get what you mean by vape hangover, because I used to smoke a lot of bongs.. The hangover from a night of heavy bonging was excrutiatingly hard to just brush off. I couldn't walk straight, and the only logical thing to do was get back on the bongs for another day! haha..

As for a remedy to this vape hangover; bananas in the morning! I have at least 2-3 each morning, maybe 4 or 5 if I have heavily vaped the night before, and your body absorbs and breaks it down so quickly that I am back to my refreshed, normal self within 10 mins.
Having a small vape of ABV at 240 degrees and then a soy latte also gets me back in the swing of things and ready to tackle the day with full vigor!

Funny you mention abv brownies. The last time I had ABV brownies they didnt do to much during the day. The next morning I felt exactly like I had a hangover. The sun was to bright, hard time walking straight, cloudiness, etc

I dont have edibles if I work the next day

i almost never felt hungover when i been smoking, however this week since i started back vaping every morning iam feeling like hummer in my head ahah, much more cannabis in my blood for sure

Like biohack and gweilo 420 I have found that not vaping an hour before going to bed really helps getting rid of the brainfog in the morning. I also started vaping cbd crumble or isolate if I feel like vaping right before bed, I feel relax and its helps me sleep/get rid of pain. Most important I don't get a nasty brain fog like I use to.

Cold shower can help I do wim hof so I do them often but I have found the best cure for me is going on a walk barefoot if you can. The sun and movement help boost my mood and come back to normal.

Usually I perk up after taking some nootropics and maybe a little caffeine.

I used to much prefer alpha brain but I think they changed their formula awhile back and I don’t find it as effective any longer so I need to start eyeballing other blends.

I haven’t dabbled with kratom much but I imagine there are folks that could comment on it.
