A Startling Admission By The Ferguson Prosecutor Could Restart The Case Against Darren Wilson
ferguson-638x425.jpg

Ferguson prosecutor Bob McCulloch admitted that he presented evidence he knew to be false to the grand jury considering charges against Darren Wilson. In an interview with radio station KTRS on Friday, McCulloch said that he decided to present witnesses that were “clearly not telling the truth” to the grand jury. Specifically, McCulloch acknowledged he permitted a woman who “clearly wasn’t present when this occurred” to testify as an eyewitness to the grand jury for several hours. The woman, Sandra McElroy, testified that Michael Brown charged at Wilson “like a football player, head down,” supporting Wilson’s claim that he killed Brown in self-defense.

McElroy, according to a detailed investigation by The Smoking Gun, suffers from bipolar disorder but is not receiving treatment and has a history of making racist remarks. In a journal entry, McElroy wrote that she was visiting Ferguson on the day of Michael Brown’s death because she wanted to “stop calling Blacks N****** and Start calling them people.” McElroy also has had trouble with her memory since being thrown through a windshield in a 2001 auto accident.

McCulloch’s prosecutorial team had McElroy testify to the grand jury over two days.

In intentionally presenting false testimony to the grand jury, McCulloch may have committed a serious ethical breach. Under the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct, lawyers are prohibited from offering “evidence that the lawyer knows to be false.”

McCulloch justified his actions by asserting that the grand jury gave no credence at all to McElroy’s testimony. But this is speculation. Under Missouri law, the grand jury deliberations are secret and McCulloch is not allowed to be present.

A Missouri lawmaker, Karla May, called Friday for a legislative investigation of McCulloch’s conduct...

Guess Who Took A BB Gun Off A Walmart Shelf, Loaded It, Ran Around Shooting, And Lived?

The next time someone tells you we don’t have a race problem in America, simply point them to the case of two yet-unnamed white men who walked into a Post Falls, Idaho Walmart, removed a BB gun from a box, loaded it, and opened fire inside the store.

A report from the Post Falls Police Department notes that Walmart security reported two suspicious males in the store.

“It was further advised the males were taking BB guns out of the boxes,” the report read. “The next bit of information was really disturbing. The reporting party said the males started shooting the gun in the store and made comments that they were going to shoot the store up.”

im starting to see a pattern here...

there was a meeting last night about a civilian oversight board being created. anyway, the cops start to oppose the committee (surprise surprise) and the meeting erupts into chaos. the cops all wearing bracelets that say "i am darren wilson". practically a giant middle finger to the civilians of st. louis.

fuck the law. they are the gang members.

We have very deep issues in this country.
The news stories are the equivalent of pus oozing from an angry red boil. The disease is poison in the system. And the someone died by bullet stories are daily.

In America, the NRA represents the pus. The deification of the gun is the poison. In America there are those who say the gun is equal to a fetus; a gun can't be destroyed when gained by a gun buy-back. It has to be resold, these people say. It's continued existence (life) has to be protected.
And I don't give a shit about any ammosexuals arguments.

Fuck every gun fetishist!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrorism is life in most of America where a stray bullet could penetrate your wall of denial anywhere.

i am with you that the gun situation in this country is pretty crazy. no doubt about it. however, removing guns from society is never going to happen. esp for criminals.

trust me, if everyone on this planet lined up to throw their guns away forever i would be the first person in line to do so. until that day tho i will keep mine to protect my fam at home. i own one pistol (HK45c) and that is all i will ever feel the need for. oh yeah and FUCK the NRA!

once when i was 11 years old, someone tried to break into my pops apt when he was at work. he worked nights and this was about midnight... anyway i was alone and able to scare this person off after i told him i had a gun pointed right at him. this person attepted to kick in the front and back doors unsuccessfully. i was scared shitless to say the least. so because of that experience i will always have some heat at the house.

violence sucks, but it CAN be necessary. unfortunately i think violence is natural. you see it in nature... esp with humans. some animals kill each other over turf wars and all kinds of shit. i love the idea of zero violence i just dont see it as a posibility.

let me know when that line starts to form. i wanna be first!

Yeah. It's gotta be tough.

Probably not. Some people are crazy and can justify any action in their mind, or simply ask god for forgiveness and it's all ok!

He was clearly already prepared or wanting to kill someone, I'm sure he's sleeping just fine. The only worries he probably had were of going to jail. :| He's a cop, he was just doing "the right thing".

I read some of the comments people made online, and they are saying that the cops feared for their lives because he was attacking them with rocks, and I understand that, but it is clear that at the moment he was shot he no longer was doing that, he was shot after the fact when his hands were clearly empty, and raised.

It looked to me like he threw ONE rock at the police and that it glanced harmlessly off his arm. Didn't look like he had any more either. Then they chase him and gun him down. This is a police problem not a gun problem. Or maybe all my guns are defective because I have had them since being very young and they have never made me commit an act of violence or committed one on their own.
