btw, I've noticed that I'm the only one here at FC that has ever mentioned Kilimanjaro and out of all the strains mentioned above it is by far my favorite. It's just so damn rare and hard to come by. My dispensary, CRC, hasn't had it in for over a year and they're just as bummed about it as I am.

If any of you have a chance to get some of this, I highly recommend it, especially if you like Sativa's without the associated raciness that can sometimes occur.

Here is a bit of break down from World of Seeds on this strain for those that me be interested:

Kilimanjaro

An early flowering, pure African Sativa from the Kenyan slopes of Kilimanjaro, this strain is the result of generations of crossbreeding by the native population though she’s since been stabilised to improve some of her properties, such as resin production, while leaving her main qualities and taste intact. The natives call her “the elephant flattener” and use her stimulating and trippy effects in their religious ceremonies and for hunting. One of the best strains for growing outdoors or in greenhouses, she produces solid buds even under adverse conditions, has a pleasant citrussy taste and is very strong. Very branchy structure and a vigorous grower, she may grow taller than 2.5m high, resulting in very good resin yields.

Found Kilimanjaro once in Amsterdam in 2007 a truly amazing strain.

You should also try Dr Grenspun if you come across it.

Its a 100% Sativa, its bright green and looks like just seeds and stems.

Those two are my favorite stains.

I would add Lemon Skunk to make my 3 strains.

Picked up a baby Dutch Treat on Sunday... so, my little Island in the sun will have Dutch Treat in a few months...

... actually, I may turn her into a Mother, and just keep her that way. We'll see.

  2. Jagermeister (Hindu Kush)
  3. Blue Dream
I would also want my Triihouse Daisy vaporizer and a lifetime supply of butane and torch lighters . . . :nod:

I have a grow tent, and I have some strains that I've kinda fallen into growing! It's weird how that happens.

Dutch Treat, Indica dom. This is a desert island strain for me already, so yay! (yes, previously mentioned. I'm not that forgetful)
Afghan Kush. Great strain for pain, so being able to grow some is great! On to the island it goes.
A high CBD strain. I have one labelled CBD/AK, which my hubby tells me means that its derives from Afghan Kush... the locals call this one Cash's Honey. I would have to have one high CBD strain on my desert island, too, I've discovered. So, this one will work.

I'm up to three...

I tend to like indicas for their relaxing and sedating effect, but lately man I've been really enjoying the cookies. It isn't so much sedating, just a good mellow time. For me:

Indica - Black Domina - Awesome for sleep and pain, wonderful hashy black pepper taste
Hybrid - Girl Scout Cookies - Beautiful looks, tastes and high, nice designer strain :)
Sativa - East Coast Sour Diesel - Not a huge fan of sativa as but this is that original fuelly, cerebral racy goodness

I guess my real question is... Why is GSC so dang good, lol?

One of my all time favs. Actually, the first time I tried it was on a beach in Maui. I was there with my ex on our honeymoon back in the mid 70's and some guy came up to us on the beach and offered us a few joints. Took 'em back to the hotel where we both got into a hot bath together and got blazed, and then the giggles started. I don't think I've laughed that hard ever mainly because I poured wayyyyyyy too much bubble bath in the tub and it overflowed everywhere and Debbie literally disappeared in a mountain of bubbles while the Maui Wowie was doing it's thing. :lol:

Haven't thought about that in a looong time. :)
