@grdwaste The double barrel and barrel to funnel are very similar. They have a pretty smooth pull with a small amount of chug. The barrel to funnel chugs a little more than the double barrel because of the restriction from the longer uptake tubes. However, the barrel to funnel is a proper recycler where as the double barrel is more of a half recycler.

I haven't used the Klein incycler but I would say wait for Stevens version as I'm sure it will be better since @blankrider is helping tweak the design.

I can post a video of the double barrel and barrel to funnel when I get home in like 6 hours.

STEVEN UPDATE ****

After plenty of good communication, and an offer to refund, Steven's first replacement piece arrived today - with a giant tin of nice (expensive) Chinese Tea! So I got my double-recycler. http://www.dhgate.com/product/23cm-glass-pipe-two-percolators-glass-bongs/203859638.html

I must say it looks and feels perfect. He even threw in a flower bowl (I know blasphemy, bite me hahah).

This might be a lotus champ... I really like it!
So I have tracking on the big piece, with the free dubbachino.

I can say without a doubt that Steven is both trying is best, and appears to be getting improved product. If he were a scammer, he would not have been such a good communicator and so generous and apoligetic.

Anyway, that makes me happy. I look forward to the next piece! Ill shoot a quick vid....

Went to go buy a new piece to raplace the baby cake rig and instead came back with this setup for my sky! Big upgrade from the titanium domeless. I'm going to use this for now until the barrel to funnel comes in with the quartz banger. Probably get an adapter to put this honeybucket on the recycler too.

Also to note this is probably the cheapest I've seen the d020 **especially for non-US people as there is free shipping intl. http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/2015-new-double-recycler-11-inches-glass/215177116.html , I have something very similar to the d020 and I'm even tempted for under 20 bucks. (no experience with that vendor though)

On another note: they seem to have learned and added glass bases for the honey straws.

Thoughts on this? I have concerns about the uptake tube/ splash guard filling with water, does anyone know if there are slits on it or if it is just open ended? Verry tempting, along with the recent vids FC members have posted.

Maybe some diffuser beads might help in that regard? I like how chunky it looks and it seems to be decently sized too. Any other recyclers on dhgate worth considering for flowers?

Which one do you prefer? And does the funnel vortex properly?

No my barrel to funnel does not Vortex. I think it is possible because one member has one that vortexes a little bit but the tubes on his could be connected slightly different and that's why. Don't expect a big vortex or any vortex for that matter.

I probably use the barrel to funnel a little more than the double barrel because it actually recycles properly. I do still use the double barrel a bunch though.

You won't be disappointed with either. If you want a true recycler get the barrel to funnel. If you want one with a slightly smoother pull get the double barrel. Or get both and sell the one you don't like :)

Yep mine is a fake too. I'm still hoping they get sent out but idk why he would issue fake tracking numbers even if he didn't have all of the pieces made. Just give me a tracking number once it really ships. Don't give me the fake bs.

He may still be producing them but I really dislike these kinds of lies. It would be so much better to be up front and honest. I deal with the Chinese every day and have done for about a decade or a little more. Lying is a normal thing to do and there is not much shame in being caught lying. I don't use Kathy for the same reason. @blankrider I'm not saying these pieces won't happen. I think they will but imo you should assume Steven is not being entirely honest with you in your dealings.

Have you contacted Steven yet about the fake tracking? I'm thinking of sending him a message to see what he says.

I received my tracking like 5 days before the "required" ship date, so I am wondering why issue a fake tracking number with 5 days left to spare? I think he is just digging himself into a deep hole :(

Yeah I just sent him a nasty little message. I'm totally on the same page as you though mate. From the start if it is going to be 4-6 weeks or something then that is fine. Most of us would still buy it. Its just these silly and unnecessary lies that bother me. All it does is reveal their true character and turns us off buying.
