congratulations! as of now, i still haven't got mine. @hifiman you got yours already?
Hello everyone.
Really wanted to get a new device from Dave, but I did not get ...
Dave gave me a tracking number, but this number allows you to track only in Canada and the USA (LC503006902US).
I tried to contact with Dave, but he does not respond to my messages ...
I really admired the support first, but now I am disappointed. I have not received any answers ...

Not sure if this method has been discussed here, But when I still had my pinnacle I had a way to get better performance, To start remove the mouthpiece screen fill chamber to top, Then your going to use a small screen just wide enough to need a little pressure to fit push it about 1/4 down. I think it works a lot better this was also you can just throw packed bullets in your pocket.

Hi all, been using the PnP since February, kind of love it but been having problems and you guys were very helpful when I had the melted/torn collar so...

The battery. And the charger. They are both *terrible*. :(

Charger first, it's been nothing but trouble. Started cutting out when charging a couple of months in, so started taking more and more care about how it was all arranged - only plugged it up when not using, made sure there were no sharp bends in the cable etc.

6 months in the cable was so bad it only charged it when held at some impossible-to-find angle with about 1mm tolerance either way. Unusable, purchased a replacement from Vapefiend for like £17.

Two months later, it's almost as bad already despite being almost religious about how we arrange the cable so it's not bending and potentially breaking. Sometimes all you have to do is breathe on it while it's plugged in and it cuts out. It's not the socket on the PnP - we can hold the male end by the plug and wiggle it in the socket and it doesn't cut out. But tap the cable lightly about two inches down the length and it cuts out.

The battery is being really weird now too. It holds a charge for about 2.5 flashing yellow lights in an upwards sequence over and over, a few minutes after being plugged in. Then it stops charging. What do the lights mean? Any fix?

Also, the battery will sometimes seem to go from full to empty halfway through the first session, then after 5 minutes of charging jump from 1 bar to 4 bars. Any way to recalibrate the battery and meter?

Finally: if your PnP broke would you get a new one, or something else that's come out since?

Try discharging the battery and then fully charging, leave on trickle charge for a few hours. Sounds like you need to repair the power lead on the charger, easy if your a techie. otherwise electronics repair shop.

Thanks - will give calibration a go.

Fixing a cable? My first and second questions there would be, "How would you even know which bit's broken? And how would you fix it?" so I guess I'm not techie enough for that ;) My brother is though. Might ask him. Two months life is really annoying!

I do not plan on replacing my pnp whrn it finally fades. Very long heat time, poor battery and too expensive.

Your statement is kinda contradictory 'When it finally fades' meaning it lasts along time?
How long is your heat time?
Expensive compared to what?

Well, it is taking longer and longer to heat up. Four or five minutes!!! I have only had it three or four months. Expensive compared to flower mate and ebay solo!

My PNP had one drop too many last month. Seeing theyoyokid's reputation here I've ordered a new one from him. 3 hours after I ordered it he shipped it, I'm impressed.

Happy Holidaze to my FC friends. I haven't posted lately because....... I have had absolutely nothing new to say!!! I finally have an update, consider it an explanation of my silence. In May I will be releasing THREE new units. Two of these three are the next generation pinnacles, the other one is Top Secret for now.

I hope everyone has a safe and fun end to this year. Thank you for your continued support.

PNP #2 was in it's stand fully charged and ready for me to fill a bullet with my choice of white fire or bubba kush catatonic this morning. I love my wife so much. I knew it was coming, I'm the one who ordered it, I just didn't expect it to arrive until at least tomorrow. She opened the package last night after I had gone to bed and this morning came down about an hour after I did asking me " isn't nice to be vaping again " after 1 1/2 months of rolling joints and smoking them out on the back porch the answer is so much a yes. I was going to get a e-nano first but they are back ordered till late January. I was hoping to be able to hold off on a portable and wait and see what's down the pike for spring. Nothing but a big thumbs up to theyoyokid and eBay so far.

P.S. My wife does not partake in mmj in any form and still has this attitude of love of me and understanding that this is medicine that melts my heart.

Hi guys. New around here. Just got my new pinnacle pro after xmas and have to say its very nice indeed and hopefully will help me with the stopping smoking. One thing I have noticed is that it overheats quite a bit, is this normal? Also does anyone have a list of the error codes for the PnP, as I had a weird reverse flashing that I would like to know what it is if it happens again.

Many thanks

For me the Pinnacle Pro runs hot. Make sure you keep it clean, the mouthpiece will stick to the unit if you don't. I can only have heat level 1. I can use heat levels 2 and 3 with the Pinnacle Pro WT. Be careful with the Pnp WT doesn't dribble water into the unit.

Many of us use the PonG as a mouthpiece. It gives a longer airpath. Some folks have MacGyvored longer mouthpieces.

If you are noticing cascading lights contact VaporBlunt. They are suppose to come up with a newer model of the Pinnacle Pro sometime in 2015. Happy New Year:leaf::peace:

Welcome to FC @super_high. A lot of helpful folks ready to help.

EDIT

If it stopped don't worry about it.

Umm the lights cascade at 10 min shutdown, the same color as the heat setting.
if that's the case That would be normal.
Overheating? does it char the herb?
Thanks
It might be that, I thought it was that it had overheated. I think there has been some char in the cap at the end. Am I overfilling the chamber?

Thanks
