Mine shipped on Tuesday and got to the eastern US today for delivery.
I'm only one session in, but my first impression is this is a smaller solo. I got very good clouds on the second setting and then bumped it up to four for some more. finished on red and dumped it out. nice tan color...not too dark.
The size is sick! It's only slightly larger in diameter than the INH05 and is the same height. With the mouthpiece in it looks like an expensive e-cig. Remember all that time when we wanted the PNP to hit like the Solo? It's called the Air.
But the hits are very satisfying! For those who wanted a smaller Solo with a little better air flow, here it is!
The lights and beeps are very unobtrusive. For its size, it provides the most satisfying hits I've had! Winner!!!

Just got the Air, and holy shit this thing is sexy. I'm dry right now so I'm only running it to burn off anything that might be there from the factory - put it up to red just for kicks. After a while though the top light started blinking yellow. I know other people have had that happen in the thread, but no one seemed to have an answer as to what it means. Any ideas?

Air has to be a tiny (.7mm?) bit longer than Solo I found:

More would be more positive, of course. Otherwise the diameters (inside and out) are the same.
However, if you "can see it's getting power" contact must have been made....... I'm betting your "cheapy charger off Ebay" isn't up to the job current wise. In that case it'll collapse (stop putting out 5 Volts) and crash out if the Air tries to charge.

1/2" sit flat, 5/8" dome up a little bit. I like extra fine screens personally but have extra extra fine - coarse.

Because I had a Vapir NO2 first .
I've used their screens since day 1 .
Their top hat shape fits perfectly .
Albeit , a little bit pricey , but can go
thru several re-uses with brief iso soaking .
1 box usually lasts me a year .

I'm with the Q man....again. SS for sure (I 'flame them clean'). I'm also big on 5/8 inch, the slight dome lifts the screen so it doesn't quickly foul over the four holes in the glass and stall the show.

So guys? Do you think there is a good reason to go for an Air instead of a Solo if size and portability is not an issue? I don't really care about replaceable batteries but is a nice addition nevertheless... I like the new mouthpieces though and I would get some for the Solo.
I am thinking of getting one to share when I toke with friends as I find my Crafty is better suited to solo sessions... I toke from the Crafty, friends toke from the Solo or Air! Isn't that a nice scenario?
I am leaning towards the Solo actually cause of the longer battery life and higher temps and airflow... And price of course since it will not be my main vape.
Am definitley thinking crafty as my mini plug-in, bedside, around the house, vape. When the air comes out here, then probably might get an air for, chilling amongst the general public, in the wild.

It should have taken about 3 days but it ended up being 10 days, 7 of them were in
zero stars hotel "customs" and it was a pricey stay too.
I meant the LED on the car charger itself to show it's getting power from the car. I'll get a new adapter and it should work fine. The cheap ebay ones all put out 2A which is plenty.
i also have to say while i found higher temps (orange/red) to be a little uncomfortable with the stock air tubes or solo bent stem, my JoDa bent octopus makes hits on high temps with the air very pleasant actually!

LED on car charger indicates IT is connected. Question is does your "mini-Solo" AKA Air itself indicate it
IS connected, and charging...
may be a few mm short, if not

So I used all the stems yesterday and there is some magic in those black tips! I used the included Solo stem last thinking it would be a good, cool ride and instead it was the only harsh stem of the bunch (then I remembered another member here pointing out the same thing before). I was able to use the short stem on high without any problem, while I couldn't go above 5 on the Solo without getting irritated. I second what others have said here about getting nice clouds at the lower temps. I used my PNWT with it and had some good hits; the seal works but could use a little tweaking. This thing is going to be another big hit!

It is the same as the arizer solo in terms of bowl and vapor production, but slimmer, sleaker, replaceable battery, and more pocketable mouthpiece (chances of these little guys breaking compare the long glass pieces from the solo are slim!)
Its a great device, though I definitely think there are better options out there. I recently got the Alfa and also the Imag plus, and I really like both those devices way more than the Arizer Air. (Price point, hardware, portability)
I read some comments regarding this unit to be equal or better value than the Crafty, and I beg to differ.
Crafty is on a whole another league, not even going to say why.

Hey I had a ? , I noticed in another thread you posted pics in that the bottom of the stem were you have the screen looks deeper than the stock stems . Does this mean we can typically pack more material? For longer sessions or a extra added session.I had @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd make me an octopus stem for the Air to more closely resemble a Air stock stem and match my Nano's octopus stem. It came out amazing just as I had anticipated. The fit is ever so slighly looser than he makes the Solo stems and it really fits a lot nicer in the Air. Of course it also fits and performs great in the Solo as well but is a bit rattly without a 113 seal in there (but that's solo talk, not air related)

Did anyone notice that the smell of weed sticks to the glass stems(especially the plastic part)? I think the smelliest part is the little rubber filer that you find inside the black plastic part. Do you guys know any way to remove all or most of the smell? I cleaned it with soap and iso and the smell is still there. Will soaking it in 90% iso for 30 mins do the trick?

Thanks for the pics . I was considering the Alfa over air but in my opinion air wins , it has replaceable battery , no real concerns / complaints so far and is pretty much a proven machine as its like the solo in many ways. Now the Alfa looks so nice and stealthy but there have been problems reported so far of melting and machine not operating properly and wait times for a replacment being rather long . That's what swayed me away and the fact I can't replace the battery. I think the Alfa needs a update to a few things and than for me it would be a great choice in the future when there revisions are done.So I played with my arizer air for a good 2 weeks.

Honestly storing your stuff in sealed bags is the best. Vapor resin stinks and I can smell it from far away even after a single use on a fully cleaned piece. Car travel is very important to have stink proof cases if you get pulled over.
