Been awhile since any updates, and I got one if these coming for my brother on Monday. Was wondering of anyone had any tips or any other useful information I could pass along. Love all the info at this place

Finally had a chance to try out my new Atmos Transporter. Overall I am very please with how the device works. It uses the same charger as the Flowermate 5, it heats up quickly and has a nice easy draw. I did find using it with the bowl upside down a bit odd. The material seems to stay in place after I packed it. I found myself holding the device level with the ground, thinking that would help keep the material from falling down.

The one criticism is that the heating time is too short. After about 5 minutes of use, the LED and oven turn off and requires a press-and-hold to turn them on again.

I think the Transporter is a nice alternative to the Flowermate 5. The stem on the FM seems to clog with material being pulled into the bottom screen. This problem is eliminated with the design of the Transporter. The Transporter is a bit smaller in size compared to the FM5, making it easier to carry. Not having to fuss with the mouth piece or slider doors are other pluses for the Transporter. I kept the screw cap on all the time. It has a hole on top that makes it a mouthpiece.

Enjoy.

Can anyone tell me more about the atmos orbit? I can't find a thread for it on FC and it interests me more than the transporter. I just wanna know if the orbit has a longer auto shut off than the atmos boss?

Vape Critic says they perform basically the same. ....

I saw that I'm just curious about the auto shut off.
I don't wanna buy the orbit if it shuts off after 1:55 like the boss, I seen someone say the transporter shuts off after 5 min. I just wanna confirm that is the same for the orbit too before I pull the trigger.
Can't seem to find anything online about its auto shutoff.

All the current Flowermates (V3, V5.0s, V8, and V7) go to standby at 5 minutes, and these are just rebranded Flowermates. Not a big deal to hold the button down 3 seconds and go another 5 minutes.

So I have bought the Flowermate V7.0, but can't find the appropriate thread for it. I'd rather not post a review of the FM on a thread dedicated to a rebrand of the original. Should I start a new thread?

Yes probably in portable thread candidates.

@Link420 : no, better ask the moderators to rename this thread (I tried once) as it is indeed the FM7. Atmos got exclusivity rights to sell it on the US market, it's not a knock-off it's a OEM partnership. Two other Atmos products are also produced by Smiss.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I can see why this thread was named after the Atmos, there are probably a lot more American users on this forum than European, and with it a lot more reviews and interest. It was funny I was actually looking for info on this vape under the name of Flowermate V7.0 and thought that it was strange that I could find not one review of the product. I went out on a limb when I bought The Flowermate V7.0, which is sold here in Europe under that name. But it doesn't seem to be targeted at the European market at all. The Flowermates official website doesn't even list the vape under their products.

Since the Transporter and FM V7.0 is an identical product under two different names, it might be best to change the thread name to "Atmos Transporter Vaporizer (Flowermate V7.0)", or something like that. Wouldn't make sense to start a new thread, when its the exact same product being tested

** Edit:
** I called the 1-800 number. They were helpful and quickly determined that I in fact was
** not packing enough material. Once I did there was plenty of vapor and it was still going
** strong when I had enough.

Hello all. New to vaping and just purchased a Transporter.

I'm looking for tips on use. It is functioning for sure - it gets warm and I can tell that I've ingested the vapor, so to speak. However, I am concerned that I may not be getting the most that I can out of it. The effects are mild for the amount of material vaporized. Also, there is no visible vapor whatsoever. The material looks like I have read that it should when done.

Basically I am just following the instructions, with the caveat that I'm holding it level to the ground like someone mentioned above. Perhaps I'm not packing enough material?

Anyway, thanks in advance to any who have experience and take the time to respond.

Hello my friends. I see a lot of people trying to decide on the transporter or the Orbit.
Maybe these pics will steer you clear of the Orbit aka Vapormax V3.
I do not recommend the Orbit while I do recommend the transporter, this is why.

When you separate the Orbit chamber from the battery you can see why it has such draw restriction. There is no fresh air intake vents.

I got a flashlight and the Orbit chamber.

Shining the flashlight through the chamber you can see right through the chamber.

Here is a view using the snow to see through the chamber.

As you can see the Orbit sucks air from the battery compartment, pass the circuit board, and through the chamber into your lungs.

I would steer clear of the Orbit IMHO. It is unhealthy.

Hello folks,

i hope this is the right thread, i am kinda new to this community!

So, after buying an second hand iolite (which i love), i want to test a battery powered Vape.

From the Flowermate 5 i came to the Transporter, because its smaller and should give a nicer vaping experience than the FM.

So i found the FM, and the Transporter on Aliexpress.

Both around 50/55 Bucks, which should be okay for such unit directly from China.

I dont know if links to aliexpress are allowed, i hope so! So this is the unit i want to buy:

My question: Has anyone ever bought an cheap Transporter from Aliexpress and can tell me something about it?

Was it a copy or an original Transporter?

I am curious about what i will recieve when i buy this thing....
If you say i should stay away, i have to look for an used Transporter or maybe an FM on Aliexpress...

Thank you very much,

zorn!

SIK was trying to clean his Flowermate V7, but the cotton swab got stuck on the inside of the airway.
He was forced to open it to clean it. So if anybody is curious on how it looks from the inside, here it goes:
