Send a nice email to randy@puffitup.com or info@puffitup.com asking for a price match. They have matched eBay and Massdrop prices before and still do AFAIK. Be patient, they will take care of you and probably send you a PayPal invoice. It is worth the short wait to get the best service and the best price. As long as @PuffItUp carries it, there's no reason to shop anywhere else IMO.

I still live in an area of the country where variety is not an option(strain type or indica vs sativa).....its pretty much whatever i get is what i get.....almost always good,sometimes very good,and occassionally excellent......whatever it was that i picked up last night after sitting out to dry overnight is definitely in the excellent category 
Been using #6 but with the new stuff i backed it down to #5......got 8-10 very good draws.....1st 3 or 4 were very flavorful.....lemony....maybe a little diesel......very nice

I dont know if i dealt with randy directly but the people at piu could not have been nicer or easier to deal with......gave me a fantastic price match.....shipped on the same day and delivered to my door in 3 days.....if you are going to buy a solo i would highly recommend piu.....

My old M104 solo is still truckin' but has been having issues due to a dying battery pack.
Really glad PV has @CentiZen 's high cap battery packs in stock!
With the current USD to CAD exchange rate only ran me $62 USD shipped for a new battery pack.
Soon my favorite SOLO will be able to enjoy more than three or four sessions before dying. With the current battery in its current state it can only take about 5 or 6 PA sessions before it goes unresponsive.
There's something about smart electrical engineers and kinesis keyboards?
PS my only bent stem has a lot of black charred carbon w/e around the bottom half of my bent stem's bowl. i do not have PBW or anything yet but will that be able to clean it? i have found nothing that will clean it yet.

It did for mine, although the seriously baked on deposits above the glass plate (where you can scrape them with a toothpick when hot) took several passes. Best not allowed to build up I think. I'm better about that these days. Remember, heat and time are your friends, don't be shy about dumping it and putting fresh PBW and hot water. I use the PV 'travel tube' for the straight one, an old olive jar for the bent one.
Give it a go, much better than ISO IMO. Funny thing is, without the alcohol smell, the 'dishwater' really smells of pot...... Chase it down the drain with lots of tap water if you don't want to stink up the joint.

Did you use a triangle file, or a Dremel cut off wheel for your notches.
I couldn't for the life me find screens for my newly arrived Solo. Am I delusional, or are screens not included for the stems. Seems rational to include some.

SOLO Vaporized Cannabis is my Best Medicine
I have really been enjoying my new D020 bubbler. It draws ultra smooth and is the perfect size to complement the Solo. I use it with my gong, but my favorite setup is shown in the picture. It is just the bent stem with a piece of tubing and a grommet on it for the seal. It requires two hands, but it works great and is easy to clear after each hit.

They failed to send me the herb bowl though.
But since I don't blaze anyway, it really doesn't matter much.

Randy is the man and is totally taking care of me. To.d him all about my throat issues and that exhale is too big and blah blah blah
Bottom line - nicest guy ever. Very invested in making sure the customer is getting what is needed. So there is no reason to search for this forever (even though that's what I do). Puff it Up is on its game and can pretty much send you at good prices whatever you need. Holiday shopping should be done there. Not that I can afford any of this stuff but for those of you that can - check them out.

Thanks for the revelation @hd_rider , scratching my head wondering WTF, the glass "screen'"s holes are way too big, my fine Kind would just snort up my gullet. Lucky the LVS had screens.
After fashioning a canister like concoction with two screens and a cache of Kind in between them, I thought Airizer would profit from making little metal screen containers for their stems, and the happy vaper can have pre-loaded vapor magic on the go.
But then, that is the new mission of the newer,sleeker, "Air", isn't it.
Still a nice idea, even if it is an old proven concept....
Also,, having notches for good airflow seems to be another plus, another improvement for a stellar "heater". haha gotta find me Dremel.

I bought a Arizer Solo around a year ago off ebay and this has by far been the best portable vaporizer that I have used (tried iolite and pax). Everything has been going great with it (except breaking the glass stem once) until this weekend when I accidentally spilled some REDS on it. I didn't think too much of it at first since it turned on and worked but now it will no longer charge.
I plug the device in and it beeps then slows the green light like it should but I am no longer seeing it increase the charge. I plugged it in on Thursday and it showed two bar then by Friday it still had two yellow lights. I continued to use it until it died and now all it does is flash green/red while charging but no yellow lights are on at all.
Am I screwed?

It took about a month. I used PayPal.
I also have Pinnacle Water Tool that I use like this:
Nice easy draw this way, but no way as smooth or hydrated as the D020.
I have been reluctant to take the PWT anywhere because of the price.
I only paid $50.00 on sale, but the retail is over $100.00.
DHGate has knockoffs for $20.53 shipped.
If size is not a factor the D020 blows the PWT out of the water.
(Note:I have had the PWT siphon into the Solo several times.
Believe me, sizzling is not what you want to hear while you are vaping!!)
The D020 feels solid and works better than any water device I have owned.
There are several other models on the site that use different types of diffussion, but since I have never tried one of these; I will not offer an opinion.
Perhaps a glass expert like Ataxian (glass durability tester) would know?

Well not you personally, but it sure sounds like the battery has packed in. It could be the charger, but it sounds more like battery degrading to me.
I'd think about another battery first.

haha i am not a tool-owner...i got all of those as-is. bought from an FCer and got all those extras for free about 1.5 yrs ago...
i heard that if you contact arizer, they might work with you. i don't know about all the details, but just reach out to them...the worst they could say is "NO". otherwise, search FC for a used unit or even craigslist (but be sure to do your due diligence).
i have bought from puffitup before and they are awesome but only sell new unused stuff. i heard somewhere that PiU might actually price match massdrop, so thats another route for a brand new one!
what are the search terms for this knockoff item?
