Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales?

I know that if you make it to walmart on black friday within 1 hour of a certain time you will be able to purchase an xbox one with Halo MCC plus a $30 gift card for $230.

Too bad there is no wal mart where I am.

ok, so i know that there can be a million candidates to this question, but i am interested in only these 2 options: the arizer air or the goboof alpha?

  • i own an MFLB & find battery management (keeping charged & dead batteries on a rotation) to be a bit tedious.
  • i own an arizer solo and think its perfect EXCEPT a bit unwieldy to take around in your pocket - which makes not able to be used in diverse situations
  • i would hate for the goboof alpha to turn on in my pocket at the wrong moment and make that smell...
  • does the new arizer air truly solve the portability issue (slightly taller but smaller radius)?
  • arizer company's solid reputation vs (newcomer?) goboof?
  • how will cleaning the goboof alpha compare to the arizer air (the solo is easy since vapor only travels through the mouthpiece, so the Air should be exactly the same)?
so those are the issues on my mind. I'm sure others have considered the same factors...did i miss anything relevant?

so final question: DOES THE GOBOOF ALPHA OR THE ARIZER AIR GET YOUR HARD EARNED $$$ THIS SALES SEASON?

*leave any other BF/CM purchase suggestions in the comments also...

thanks friends!

stay true to yourselves
Can this also be a thread where we post vapor-related products that are also being offered in the black friday weekend sales? I've seen some things on Amazon going considerably cheap!
Wish you all the best in your purchase also. I voted Arizer Air just because it's creating a bit of a buzz :)

The Solo can be had for $120-$135 if you look hard enough. Been that way for two years.

The Alfa appears to be very stealthy, perhaps the most stealthy vape I've seen that can produce clouds that dense. It is a vape you can pre-pack without having a stem protruding out of the unit. The Alfa seems to be more messy and difficult to pack and unpack, as there is no way to remove the bowl. You have to hold the access panel on the bottom open while holding the unit upside down to load the bowl. On larger bowls, the herb sticks to the underside of the lid, which makes it messy I bet.

The solo has a big heater, big battery, and removable glass stem. Simply dip the stem into your grinder. Then grab your unit and place stem onto heater. In a moving vehicle, it would be a task to load an Alfa upside down, while holding access panel open, while holding both pieces of grinder. I can load a Solo stem blindfolded on a bumpy back road without spilling. I can also pop out the herb and do a quick stir in the palm of my hand and suck it back into the stem, which instantly and evenly loads the bowl. Impossible in an Alfa.

If you feel like being an early adopter, get the new Arizer Air.

good points. i feel like "early adopter" is an unfair term, since the Air is ALMOST the same device as the Solo, except for smaller and with less heat settings(<-?). so you really know that you're getting a great device that has been proven (possible exception: moving from SS back to Ceramic).

about the Alpha, i believe you can remove the mouthpiece to let it sit flush and flat while upside down. but the door may be a pain to deal with...thanks for mentioning that. however the stealth potential of the alpha is looking really nice...

anyone know where to get tinted/black glass stems for the solo/air? that might help with the stealthiness...
