Desert Island Strains

A taste on the tongue
You know the drill you're on an Island all needs catered for etc. You can have unlimited amounts of any 3 strains what's your choices and why?

Mine are

1. Super Lemon Haze. Just slightly prefer it overall to Amnesia Haze in the battle of the Lemon haze flavour stakes. It tastes wonderful and is a very happy strain day or night

2. UK Cheese great all round pumped up pheno of original Skunk #1. Great any time of the day and quite trippy in its original clone plus on a desert island you wouldn't need to worry about the smell of it which would be a first.

3. Skywalker OG. Great medicinal qualities lovely balanced and very complex high very strong but zero freak out factor with me. Smells and tastes delightful I'm a convert to this strain and rate it my number 1.

1. THC bomb - This stuff killed my insomnia and my 16 years of chronic depression/anxiety. It is amazing. It tastes delicious, makes a lovely clear lemon QWISO shatter and is absolutely drenched in trichs when grown properly.

2. Sublime - I love this strain for recreational purposes. Super dank, super strong, also trich drenched. Not so useful for my medical purposes (except insomnia which was great). Have never had a chance to make oil with it, man would I love to try that!

3. Unsure - We don't have huge selection of strains in this part of the world, in fact, most of my fellow Aussies have never tried anything but the one super common nothing special strain that everyone and their mother's seems to grow around these parts.

Over the horizon u can see the edges of the Earth
Fire OG for my island rituals. MK Ultra for when I decide to go crazy because being stuck on an island with just herb will be insane and I would probably hit world record but nobody will ever know how much I've smoked in a day just to get by. Heck let's just say I'd do kilos until my heart drops and adios let the wild boars eat me or bon voyage into the open sea with my stoner made raft that has no way to sailing in right direction nor will I have any sense of navigation at all. Oh well at least I have this pound of Wet Dream sitting next with me while I drift into the horizon. :lmao::D

Might sound a bit naive (no I've never left the northern hemisphere) but isn't Australia in parts easy to do outside grows what with the climate and large open remote areas?

haha yes, in an empty Australia with no law enforcement, with a cannabis culture where people knew what they were doing, where those selling the herb were also users of the herb... However, all of these obstacles make Australia one of the worst countries in the developed world to find herb!

Hybrid of choice is a toss up... definitely a Sativa dominant, Super Lemon Haze

Blue Dream
The Frost - Not sure if the real name is Jack Frost
Mendocino Purple

Has anyone heard of something called Blue Moonshine? Just curious, supposed to be great.

Edit
I'm adding Super Lemon Haze - I wanted a 4th - I need a good daytime on the island. Can't go wrong with the fav haze.

Super Lemon Haze
Tahoe OG
Kilimanjaro
White Widow

btw, I've noticed that I'm the only one here at FC that has ever mentioned Kilimanjaro and out of all the strains mentioned above it is by far my favorite. It's just so damn rare and hard to come by. My dispensary, CRC, hasn't had it in for over a year and they're just as bummed about it as I am.

If any of you have a chance to get some of this, I highly recommend it, especially if you like Sativa's without the associated raciness that can sometimes occur.

Here is a bit of break down from World of Seeds on this strain for those that me be interested:
--------------------------------
Kilimanjaro

An early flowering, pure African Sativa from the Kenyan slopes of Kilimanjaro, this strain is the result of generations of crossbreeding by the native population though she’s since been stabilised to improve some of her properties, such as resin production, while leaving her main qualities and taste intact. The natives call her “the elephant flattener” and use her stimulating and trippy effects in their religious ceremonies and for hunting. One of the best strains for growing outdoors or in greenhouses, she produces solid buds even under adverse conditions, has a pleasant citrussy taste and is very strong. Very branchy structure and a vigorous grower, she may grow taller than 2.5m high, resulting in very good resin yields.

Sex: Regular
Lineage: Kenya (Africa)
Genotype: 100% Sativa, tall and branchy
Grow Method: indoor/outdoor
Harvest Time (indoors): between 60 and 70 days
Harvest Time (outdoors): November
Yield: 350g indoor / 400-600g outdoor
Taste: Fruity citrus
Aroma: Lemon
Effect: Stimulating, potent
THC: 15-20%
Resistance to Mould: Low
Resistance to Pests: Low
Medicinal Value: Medium/Low

i would love to try it sometime. I've started drinking tea and focus almost exclusively on the Kenyan mountain grown black and green teas.
Kenyan based cannabis is probably also great. I wonder if CO dispensaries ever have it.

My 4:
Super Lemon Haze
Jamaican landrace 1971
Green Crack
Amnesia Haze

t-dub

Vapor Sloth

Yeah I have about a QP of it leftover in vacuum right now. Its a cross between Blue Dream and Sour Diesel is my understanding. It has an unusual Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge mixed with a touch of anise for flavor and it has a definite haze kick to it.

Keep an eye out on it. It's worth the effort. Doesn't come around very often though.

btw, my favorite coffees are African as well.
