thoroughly vaped
I'm happy for you, but irritated with my letter carrier. I met her at the mailbox this afternoon and she claimed to have nothing despite an "out for delivery" notification. Then I got a weird notification hours later saying it had been delivered at/in my mailbox which they never ever do. I'm hoping she was just lazy and didn't want to drive all the way back out to deliver it. But sadly, your koa's twin is currently in the Twilight Zone.

You should take a photo when you can get it in some nice light.....

This really isn't unusual from my post office either. Fortunately not with anything from Epic. I always thought they mark it like that to make their reports/delivery times look better. Almost always comes the very next day, though. Hope you see it today and get to have an epic weekend!

@Walter Bishop @Cereal_MF @flotntoke thanks for the encouragement about mishandled USPS packages, I'm sure I'll get it today, but they're should be a better way for them to tag it as delayed/undelivered.

Sorry to get us off track, but I'll steer us back a little. I broke my stem last night. About 3/4 inches snapped off the mouthpiece. I was able to smooth the edges with a kitchen torch and get back in the game. But it made me realize I probably need a small collection of them.

Wooden stem for bed use is next I guess.

Just a quick question guys, I want to treat my walnut nano, but don't have any bomb ass butter, or mineral oil.
I was wondering whether organic coconut oil could be used, or whether it will go rancid. I also would like to treat my mflb too...

Any wood wizards have any advice? @Snappo @ACE OF VAPE

I don't know if I'd use coconut oil - never heard of anyone using it for wood.

I know my friend uses walnut oil on his wooden bowls. Though an alternative which might work well is a very tiny bit of beeswax rubbed onto the wood while warm.

As a matter of fact, I have used a very high grade coconut oil (I make it myself) on my log vapes and wood stems with terrific results!:2c:

The other day I rubbed a ball of beeswax on mine while it was really hot. I really slathered it and let it melt into the grain. Then I rubbed all the excess off with an old soft cotton shirt. It really made my standard but slightly figured walnut really pop.

I took this photo afterwards.

Green goes to brown, n that's what I stand for.
you should finish it with tung oil unless itll start to smell at a low temp. youd have to check

Jeeze, so soon?! They're really thick (Epic glass stems and GonGs). How'd you manage to snap it? Dropped it on tiles or something?

Hey thanks for the replies guys!! @ChippyMalone your nano looks amazing- I think I'm going to invest in some beeswax!! I may give it a go with coconut oil until I can pick up some beeswax- if I do, il be sure to post some before and after pics.

@Snappo thats good to know mate, the coconut oil I have is 100% organic extra virgin, which I guess is high quality... Maybe not as good as the stuff you make yourself tho....

Also thought I'd just add, convection dabs truly are magnificent- I've got some homemade qwiso of which I added about a pinhead to a basket of herb:- clouds clouds, tasty tasty clouds!!!!

Peace and happy vaping guys- FUCK combustion!

@herbalist33 since getting my E-Nano, I've decided to get rid of everything dab related that uses a torch/nail. There's just no way I'm going to deal with the stress of doing dabs with a torch and nail when the E-Nano makes the process relaxing. My wax and hash tastes so much better and lasts so much longer. I'm especially happy because the E-Nano is by far the best device I have used for traditionally processed hash that is not "full melt". I can get thick vapor for thirty minutes with no more than fifty cents worth of soft black tar that would pretty much need to be combusted otherwise.

I'm sure you'll get it today, fingers-crossed, but if not here's your twin:

My first vape session with my e-nano was totally EPIC! I didn't even have to work for it. Seriously it was everything I'd hoped and then some. I absolutely love this vape. The pictures don't do it justice, it's hard to capture how amazing this curly koa looks.

Thanks to everyone for your continued support, and fuck combustion.

In so happy for you. You've got about as nice of an E-Nano that has ever been made. Almost as nice as my lost one. Ha! It'll come today I'm sure.

You hit the nail on the head that this device is so amazing because you don't have to work at it.

We often hear in these forums people talking about how various vaporizers have a "learning curve" that must be mastered in order to achieve proper performance. The E-Nano proves that the learning curve myth is nothing but a shallow excuse for poor product design that puts the blame on the paying customer instead of the designer.

Thanks @ChippyMalone and @NickDlow I just went to Ed's website, and almost purchased one of the stock wood stems, but I really want a custom one (I think). I figured if I can order a backup glass stem from Andy, then I can wait for Ed to do a custom one. I'm almost tempted to get my chair-making husband to turn me one!

@blamejane When I ordered mine this morning, I commented that I would be interested in a koa stem in the future. Maybe if you request it too then we might get them since there is a demand for at least two.....

Dang I should have mentioned that I did put in a request curly koa. Hopefully we'll here back when Ed's not so busy. So did you purchase a blackwood stem in the mean time?

That's it...that's the one! Thanks @Reflections, exactly the style I was looking for. @Snappo helped me score the wood to match my super-awesome E-nano. Now if I can get Ed's attention...
I've contacted Ed about your interest and he's awaiting your correspondence! We have got it all down & effortless for you!!! You are going to love your E-Nano at a whole new level!!! Enjoy!!!
