This is a public service announcement.

This year in Washington state, we had an incredible summer, which created a bumper crop of apples and pears. Both are incredible right now, but the pears are the best I've ever had.

The Comice variety is my favorite right now. It's ok if they have scars on the skin, as long as they are not bruised. Buy them when they are firm like an apple and keep out on the counter until ripe (not in a bag or bowl because each one will ripen at a slightly different time). The seeds are so close to the center of the fruit that you can fillet them like a fish and get two big halves and two bite size slices.

As my crazy grandmother would say, "These pears are so juicy they make your elbow sticky".

Ordinarily, Thanksgiving dinner and leftovers are great while vaping. But now we gotta visit...family. The land of no fun, where no vaping or anything will take place. :disgust:

And it's during a time when vaping would be most helpful :suspicious:

Almost there...
Last night it was dry cereal in bed!!
My wife had the munchies HUGE last night!!

For some reason i decided to pack a Solo stem of half Pre "98 Bubba Kush and the other half was Super Silver Lightning.
On the one hand a heavy hitting Indica and the other a super high Sativa!

It was quite the ride!!

Sorry coffee connoisseurs, and this should be blasphemy here in Washington state, but I'm going to share my recipe for my lazy stoner mocha.

A picture is worth a bunch of words.

@Enchantre I've never heard of hemp milk. Sounds expensive but yummy.

The instant espresso gets shockingly good reviews on amazon. All I know is it makes hot chocolate more wake uppy

I've been using that instant for years, great flavor in a pinch for mochas to tiramisu.

In my travels I have visited Italy, Spain and Portugal. While each country had their cafes that I would sit and enjoy brewed coffee, I will say that a lot of places served instant coffee. In fact, when we toured Portugal I can't remember any place where we had breakfast that didn't serve instant coffee.
My grandfather was from southern Italy. I remember him drinking instant Nescafe every day.

Ok, Chinese food and a lot of it. Egg rolls (the big ones), both Gen Tao's chicken and Sesame Chicken, boneless ribs (I really prefer bone-in but that's getting harder to find :disgust:), fried rice, dumplings, and that hot Chinese mustard.

I followed that with a Maker's Mark old fashioned (and 2 bowls of indica :brow:)
