Oh wow that may explain things. Doesn't it go through the screen when it's that fine?
I use a normal cheap 3 chamber grinder and it works just fine.....very nice clouds....

Did you try letting it have a break in between draws..... think of it as allowing the unit to ramp up for your cloud casing draw......

I too would think coffee grind would be way too fine..... most I have seen almost make powder....

I have been sucking it up too, than packing it down.

Had another session .. Enough bud for about half the capsule packed down. I put it on 5 no clouds out it on 6 no clouds put it on 8 minimal clouds. Session was over I took the capsule out the bud was barely brown. It doesn't make sense ?
I noticed you made a comment about packing it down..... that might be an issue..... loose is better...in fact others have sworn by this method....theorizing that the herb mixes inside while draw our inhalation.... regardless you are purposefully avoiding 50% of the possible conduction area by packing it down....if thats what you did do.....

are any USA retailers stocking the 5S? i see on @Inhalater site and PV that they still list the 05 for sale and wondering where i can be sure i'll get a 5S if i order.

i assume the INH 05 uses a closed loop battery system. how much power does it draw? i am wondering if i should choose to get some batteries which have higher mAh capacity but higher internal resistance vs. someting like the Sony VTC5 which has lower mAh but can push much more power at much lower resistances.

See how the fine grind vaporises. This sample has not been heated over 7. It is a mix of outdoor herbs and concentrate at almost 50/50 weight ratio. Was probable around 175 mg initial and maybe around 125mg now for a vaporisation ratio of 30% approx

So when are the glass capsules actually going to be done? I asked in the planet vape thread and didn't receive an answer?

Hello everyone,
I've been following the forum for some time which is why I bought the inh05.
The dissointment began when I realized that the capsule in the unit was useless as it looked like it had been crushed and the. Pit into the unit. I've had the unit since last Wednesday and it's never appeared fully charged even after 24 hours on charge. The. Today I came home from work tried to remove throne remaining capsule I had and it just fell to pieces. Now I know with mass produced things there is always the chance of getting a dud. My question to you is shall I just trash it and buy a crafty? This is my first vape and while I was able to use it I have been converted from smoking so I'm pleased about that but I'm very disappointed with the fact that this unit is now effectively useless after only one week of very light usage.

I thought I had found a secure "click" position to hold my cap on. Sadly I used my shirt pocket to hold my INH05 on the road today, and somehow lost my cap (unit was in pocket, cap up, and exposed.. and must have gotten knocked off).
This renders my unit useless during the wait for a replacement cap.
I was just beginning to really cook with this unit.
Thankfully I still have my XP to use until I can get a cap!

My advice:
Maintain unit with cap down into pocket if traveling.
True... it could fall off, but it will still be in pocket.

Did you try your XP's cap on the 05?

@tp155 Capsules should not be pushed in too far. This cause the wrinkles, works the retention tape and eventually the capsule falls apart. Wrinkles will disappear on heating if it is positioned correctly. Charging light does not keep the unit from charging fully. Aside these details the unit is the most performant on the market IMO. As PM'd we will support and correct these details for you.

Yes INH05 s is available directly from us. We will post it up on the website today.

News:
I was on my mobility cart, going around the block with my dog, and my eye landed on my lost cap, about a half block from my house.
A most amazing find, considering the street was well trafficked, and there was much debris on the road.
It appears I am back in business.... to use the 05 on the road.
When going away from home (restaurant/store/car) I found a technique that makes me feel extra secure.

But I like it!
Loosing the cap doesn't make the 05 useless. My cap is on my desk, where it has sat since I put a tip on the 05. Is there something I'm missing?

The silicon tip from PV is much cooler than the vinyl tip. I've been finishing the 2nd time at 9 - it's warm, but not burning, and the Abv is a nice, even dark brown.

Bubbler should be here today - looking forward to another new experience :)

For you guys that are paranoid about loosing caps - my wife is too cheap to spend 6$ on an iPhone case, so to keep her phone from slipping around she has a wide elastic band on it that works great. If you are worried about loosing your cap try putting an elastic band on for transport. Quick and smple :)

I would pay extra for a stealth model. Debadged, designed to look like sex toy. Black tint over LED.

Oh, are there any planned black friday sales? Now I don't know if I should wait or not for that reason!

I think all the new 05's are the updated version. Maybe we can get some confirmation..?
I was just having a little tantrum as I'd been up since five come home from work and the little beauty id come to rely on in just a week couldn't help me out.
Now after receiving some truly matchless customer service from Greg I should be good to go again at some point next week. I can now see having a spare/ backup vape is a must!

I switched up my grind tonight and I'm glad I did!

I packed the capsule with a fine grind and pinched off a tiny bud to use as a stopper to prevent the bits from falling in through the screen.

It worked like a charm! The flavor was outstanding the first few draws and maintained well throughout. I kept it on level five my whole session and reset the timer twice before I was done. It kept going and going.

Best part is there is still something left for a higher temp session so waiting to get my WT adapter to finish it off!
